Spacious Accommodations

Roomy house with plenty of space for 5 people. The master bedroom is enormous and the two other bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Backyard provided both shall shade and sun. Well located near shops. Safe neighbourhood. Loved the peacocks/hens; our total count was 69.

Great Getaway

This location and townhouse worked out great for our short stay in Fort Lauderdale. The proximity to the airport was very convenient and the neighborhood was very near major shops and grocery stores. The cleanliness of the home was excellent and it was a nice gesture for the host to leave a welcoming gift for us. The pool was very convenient, a little bit small if you have older children or only adults, but was well maintained and served its purpose. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay

Beautiful, large home that looked like the pictures. Unfortunately for us, Fort Lauderdale received 20" of rain the day before we arrived, so the pool was not usable. The property manager tried to get the pool company over but they were swamped. Home is in a neighborhood that is becoming gentrified. Overall, a great experience!

Spring break ‘23

The house itself was wonderful! There might’ve been some communication mishaps with the rental company as I had to reach out to the owner for the check-in process info. After that, though, everything was smooth sailing with the property. The neighborhood didn’t leave my group feeling comfortable to walk to the local gas station, but that didn’t impede our overall travels as we had cars. Uber’ing was very easy, and close enough to the beach! Again, overall great house with no complaints about the rental property. Thankful that my group and I were able to spend our spring break here!

Condo stay

Property was not ready on time had to make multiple calls to property management to get information to get in to property. It is 2.5 miles from Las Olas. The air conduit the upper part of the condo did not work made multiple attempts to contact property manager she Never reached back the A/C was never fixed.very disappointing to spend thousands of dollars not to be able sleep in the upstairs due to heat and humidity. Temperature reaching 93 during my stay.

Fine spot but bring your own toilet paper and trash bags

Check in process is decent, rooms are good. Multiple items from previous folks like empty soda cans and pizza boxes. Washer and dryer exists though no detergent provided. Only one extra trash bag provided for 6 adults. Limited toilet paper and paper towel situation.

We had a great time staying at this property! It was very clean. However, the pool is very small. I would recommend this property but don’t plan for on having multiple people in the pool at once.

Not a good experience with owner

My wife (plus our 2 small children) reserved this townhouse about 2 weeks out from our trip. This was a work trip for me, while my wife and kids hung out and went swimming at the pool. We use VRBO very frequently and have never received anything less than a 5 star guest rating. With that being said, allow me to walk through my experience. About a week before our trip I got a 'late payment' notice which has never happened. I scrambled to make the payment and urgently followed up with the owner - Patrick. He quickly responded all was good and he was good and paid. The day of our departure I still had not received any update on access. At that moment I reached out and was told from Patrick he would do everything to help get us in his unit and that if he was made aware the unit was ready early he would personally let me know. I assumed all was good, and was given the access code. We landed around 6PM (keep in mind 2 small children) and went directly to the townhouse. As we zigzagged through the area my wife and I were growing more and more uncomfortable with the amount of homeless folks in the area. Upon arrival at the unit, there were 2 cars already in the driveway. I immediately called Patrick's "host" Trina (he had given me her number earlier in case I had issues.) When Trina answered and I explained what was happening - I could hear panic in her voice and knew at that moment we were doublebooked. I waited a few minutes for Trina to call back and also called Patrick to make sure they understood the magnitude of the error. They both offered me a similar property (no pool) around the corner. We declined. Through texts, VRBO messaging and phone calls - Patrick never apologized one time and kept assuring me VRBO made the mistake not him. This was the most frustrating part. After hours on the phone VRBO assured us this was on the property owner and not them. Several hours of chaos ensued for us afterward trying to find a hotel. By 11:00PM our kids were finally in bed at a nearby hotel. Patrick refunded me all of my money except the property damage protection which I asked to get back but assume he won't respond. In addition VRBO paid for my hotel while we figured out a new plan and assured us Patrick would be reprimanded for not managing his guest reservations better. No idea how nice the inside is, however the property owner is a true business man and doesn't have much concern for his customers.

Affordable Florida

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this home. The place was very clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I wasn't thrilled with the location. There were some very nefarious looking characters wandering around the neighborhood including one very intoxicated man yelling obscenities to all within earshot. The place could use some additional flatware -- they only had three spoons and cooking utensils but the bare basics were there. They did have a nice array of spices and pantry supplies which was much appreciated. The pool as not clean on our arrival and the pool cleaner did not show up until our last full day which was a bit disappointing. But, the water was way too cold to spend much time swimming so it didn't affect us too much. Overall, this property fit our needs. The price was right and we had a good vacation in Fort Lauderdale.

Beautiful townhouse

The townhouse was roomy and fully equipped for our group. I enjoyed that it was stocked with essential items for a comfortable stay. The host was accommodating, I was able to check in several hours before regular check in time. I would stay here again!

Fort Lauderdale Trip

The property was a great break from my work and busy schedule. My family and I enjoyed the quit and peace the property provided and the closeness to the beach. We had a great time together as a family. The house offer a lot of space for a family of six. We all had room to spread out and relax. It was nice that the cleaning lady was still there when I arrived she had to help me figure out the key code to the door but I’m pretty sure I would have figured it out. The house was clean and well stock with items that we could use like coffee, flatware, bottle water, washing pider and ie.

Lovely home down in Fort Lauderdale

My family and I had such a great time here , we stayed here for a few days after a cruise to the Bahamas. I would so stay here again everything is close by, clean home , nice yard it was a small pool but my kids had a great time. I would recommend to any one looking to rent a vacation home . The owner was available when I needed him at the time of check in.

This modern 2,300 Sq Ft Townhouse features flat screen TVs with Direct Tv, WiFi, gourmet kitchen fully-equipped with high end appliances, living room, ceiling fans, washer & dryer and 3 car parking area and comfortably sleeps up to 7 guest. They are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed, walk in closet and private full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Size bed with a walk in closet and shares a full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom and Den which has a pull out sofa bed. Each bedroom has 1 Queen size bed. With its extremely functional kitchens, terrace with BBQ, and outstanding location, you have everything you need for that indoor-outdoor living we all strive for in South Florida. Closets and storage space after completely empty, full linen closet for guests use and bathroom and cleaning essentials.
