Beautiful house and very spacious for our family. The view from the balcony was amazing. The only issue we had was the pool lights did not work even after the technician came and checked them.

Perfect view of the beach from multiple balconies in this beautiful modern home. It was just like the pictures showed. It was very spacious and very clean. The pool was great. Perfect!

Beautiful Home! Great for family vacations. Bedrooms are great sizes and the bunk rooms are great for children. Only critique would be to have a level boardwalk to the beach. Current one has steps, not ideal for elderly people. Other than that, highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be in touch in the future.PS: WalMart in Tindal does deliver to this location.

Perfect location!

This property is beautiful, it’s very clean! It’s perfect if you don’t like the busy beach feel. It’s very relaxing. When you get tired of the beach they have a down stairs shower, then you can relax in the nice size pool.

The house was amazing. Everything was so clean and organized and the layout of the home is perfect for multiple families. The pool was a necessity and the close access to the beach was perfect! With three kids, the pool and the beach so close together was such a need. If you come to PSJ, this house is where you need to rent! We were 10 minutes from the square and restaurants and we’ll be back for sure!

This completely met and exceeded our expectations for a vacation home. Some highlights;-We traveled with 12 family members and had more than enough space. -The house is right on the beach, the closest I’ve ever stayed to the water. A 20 second walk. -there are no houses immediately on either side of this house so it is very private, and the beach is relatively empty. -The water seems to be more calm here compared to further west, this was great for kids. -it was convenient having the pool in the backyard when the conditions on the beach were not ideal. -the kitchen setup was excellent for cooking. Added bonus for filtered water in the fridge. -There is a great bar/restaurant called Shipwreck right across the street. Overall we had some weather challenges on this trip, but the house completely saved it from being a bust. We will be back to this location!

The property is accurately reflected in its online depiction. The views were exceptional, and the beach offered a serene experience due to its uncrowded nature. The elevator proved to be a convenient amenity for transporting luggage and groceries, eliminating the need for manual carrying up the stairs. The living room's sofa and bean bag chairs were extremely comfortable and provided ample space for our family of twelve. The master suite was notably spacious, featuring a generously sized shower and a walk-in closet. The property management team demonstrated excellent responsiveness when we reported an ant issue near the pool, promptly dispatching personnel to address it. Our sole recommendation would be the installation of a water spigot outside the beach gate to facilitate rinsing off sand before entering the pool area. Otherwise, our family unanimously rated this stay as a perfect 10 out of 10. We highly endorse this property for your family's vacation.
