Relax at this newly constructed, luxurious Suncadia home! This 5 bedroom + bonus room / 5 bath home features a wet sauna room, private hot tub, gas fire pit and heated garage game room! Enjoy the private, green belt views from the fantastic, heated outdoor living space. Just a short walk from the park and pump track at Nelson Farm! (Please no pets, thank you!)

Everything about this place was perfect ! We had a large family gathering of 19 people and this plqce accomodated all of them easily ! All my family memers loved the place. The younger ones loved the game room. The hot tub was a hit with the grown ups and everyone loved chatting by the fire pit at night !! A true gem of a find !

This home was super spacious, had enough room for our whole crew, and was really clean. The sauna was an added bonus along with the heated garage filled with fun activities. The backyard was awesome. The kids loved exploring in the woods and we all enjoyed the hot tub. We had a great time!
