The property is in a highly gentrified neighborhood in the bustling downtown Atlanta area, with lots of activity, people on the streets, nightly noises, and possible construction at times. We’d just like you to understand this before booking the home!
Also, this is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, towels, and rags will be provided. We do not provide soaps, shampoos, etc. ever since COVID.
Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver`s license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. - Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds. - Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. - Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited. - Please avoid moving furniture. - This property is is pet friendly!!!

The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our trip visiting friends who live in Kirkwood. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. Another plus was that there was a Publix just around the corner!

The location was very important as my family lives on the street. Very cute and small, great for 2-3 people. A little overpriced for the neighborhood as larger rental homes are cheaper but I was willing to pay more to stay close to family. Like most rentals in East Lake the Property is updated. There was a mix up with no linens when we first got there, but they remedied the situation quickly. I would rent several more times.
