Sleeps up to 3 on a plush king bed plus a living-room sofa bed.
The Space:
This spacious 1-bedroom condo is ideal for 2 adults (plus children), though it can comfortably sleep up to 4 adults if needed. It features a plush king-size bed with luxurious linens, a large bathroom, and a dining area with table for six. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, 65-inch smart TV, while the bedroom has a 55-inch smart TV — both equipped with Netflix and cable channels. A dedicated workstation and high-speed internet make it perfect for business travelers.
Please note: While the unit can accommodate up to 4 adults, only 2 adult amenities passes will be provided as per building rules. Children under 18 do not require passes or count toward the limit.
With all essentials provided, this condo ensures a relaxing and convenient stay for both leisure and work.

Icon Resort is home to the renowned W Hotel, with free guest access to the fitness center, world-class spa with steam rooms and cold plunge pools, and a variety of daily classes including yoga and Pilates. Class availability is set by the building and subject to scheduling.
Amenity passes: A QR code is required to use the amenities. Pick it up at the amenity level (15th floor). Current pickup hours are 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, set by the building and subject to change; the front desk can confirm on arrival.

Getting Around:
Most guest use Uber and/or Lift but we also have a the Metro Mover and Metro Rail stations less than 2 blocks away right next to Brickell City Center.
Metromover is a free people mover service that operates seven days a week in the downtown Miami and Brickell area. Major destinations include the Kaseya Arena, home of the Miami HEAT, Bayside Marketplace, Adrienne Arsht Center, Museum Park, Art and Science Museum, Miami Dade College, and the Miami-Dade County School Board.
Metrorail provides service to Miami International Airport (MIA) and runs from Kendall through South Miami, Coral Gables, and downtown Miami; to the Civic Center/Jackson Memorial Hospital area; with connections to Broward (Ft. Lauderdale) and Palm Beach counties at three locations: Historic Overtown Lyric Theatre station – transfer to Brightline, MIA (Orange Line) and the Tri-Rail (Green Line) stations – transfer to Tri-Rail.
Other Things to Note:
Building amenity update (current): Icon Brickell is undergoing scheduled building maintenance. The main outdoor pool currently has limited availability/hours. All other amenities — gym, spa with plunge pools/steam/sauna, and fitness center — remain open. These closures are managed by building administration and are beyond the host's control; they're disclosed here in advance, and no refunds are issued for temporary amenity closures.
Self check-in: Keyless entry with your private door code — no key handoff. Building policy requires a quick stop at the front desk to register on arrival before heading up. Please share your estimated arrival time in advance and verify your ID through Airbnb. Amenity QR passes are picked up at the amenity level (15th floor); current pickup hours are 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, set by the building and subject to change — the front desk can confirm on arrival.
Parking: This unit does not include a designated parking space. On-site valet is available and operates like a hotel service (no in-and-out privileges; a fee applies each exit). For more affordable options, several public garages are within 1–2 blocks; apps like Parkopedia or ParkWhiz often show cheaper daily rates.
