This is my second time staying at Oasis Vista and I had another amazing stay with my family! The house is consistently clean when we arrive, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything we need to prepare meals. The pool area is clean and well kept, which we really appreciated. The location is another big plus, it was easy to get around Miami and enjoy everything in the area. We’ve had a great experience every time we’ve stayed here, and it’s become one of our favorite places to return to in Miami. We’d definitely recommend Oasis Vista and look forward to staying here again, thank you!

Our stay was excellent. Oasis had great communication and was very helpful in supporting the planning for our group (eg, comparing our shopping list to what they already have at the property). It was a truly great stay. Added tip- if you are there for a bachelorette trip, they have lots of leftover decor from previous guests available for use!

This was such a fun trip, and staying here was perfect for me and all my friends. The house was clean, and stocked with all things you could think of needing on a friend trip to Miami. It was so close to everything we needed to do. I would 100% book here again. There was one time when the kitchen sink started leaking, but the host sent someone out promptly to have it fixed!! Also the host was GREAT at communicating!!I would recommend!!

Overall, this house was perfect for our girl’s trip to Miami! The location was fantastic and Enrique was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. There were a few minor things in the house that could’ve been better (some of the outlets didn’t work in the bedrooms, we had to clean the ice machine and the fridge water didn’t work), but Enrique also offered to come address these while we were there. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend to others!

The property was not as clean as the picture looks when we got there, the pool was dirty. The backyard was dirty. The barbecue grill was unusable dog poop on the grass by the pool. All the windows in the house were dirty. You barely can look out of them when you did open the windows all inside the windowsills were nasty with dirt. All the walls in the home needs to be painted. They were dirty now I can’t say the bathrooms were very updated, but the house it self needs to be painted throughout the home

Hello Demond, thank you for your feedback. While we’re sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, we’d like to provide some additional context for future guests. The patio and pool area had been cleaned prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, severe thunderstorms around the time of your check-in resulted in additional leaves and debris accumulating in the outdoor area. Once this was brought to our attention, we promptly sent our cleaning team to address the concerns in both the home and patio area. We also arranged for the pool service and gardeners to return the following morning. Regarding the grill, it was available for use, and in response to your concerns, we ordered additional grill grates to ensure a cleaner cooking surface. We also installed a leaf net to help reduce the accumulation of leaves in the patio area. We also approved your request to cancel the remainder of your reservation because of the inconveniences you experienced. After our team addressed the concerns, you confirmed that the cleaners had done a great job and ultimately chose to remain at Oasis for the remainder of your reservation. We take guest concerns seriously and make every effort to address issues promptly when they are brought to our attention, as we want all of our guests to have a wonderful experience. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience at Oasis.

Spacious, Homey Comfortable

The property is nicely spaced out. Master suite is big and well-appointed. Most importantly, the property managers let us stow our bags when we arrived 4 hours earlier than we anticipated. We go on this trip to Miami annually; will definitely do our best to book again.
