For clarity for future guests, our standard and clearly listed check-in time is 4:00 p.m. On this particular day, the home was occupied by departing guests, and due to the size of the four-bedroom property, we needed the full turnover window to ensure everything was prepared to our standards. We spoke with the guest multiple times earlier in the day to confirm that, unfortunately, early check-in would not be possible that day. We want to note that we often do offer early check-in when circumstances allow, and we’re always happy to accommodate whenever we can. However, there are times—especially with same-day turnovers—when it simply isn’t feasible. Check-in instructions and door codes are sent automatically by our system at exactly 4:00 p.m., and they were delivered at that time. Regarding the layout, the home is accurately advertised as a four-bedroom property. The fourth bedroom is fully enclosed, includes its own en-suite bathroom, privacy doors, window coverings, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The listing photos clearly reflect the space, and many guests appreciate the flexibility it provides.
