The house was exactly as advertised & everything was very accommodating for our group of six! We traveled from Ohio for the Dolphins vs. Bengals game & we had a blast! The location was very desirable, as well! Plenty of restaurants and other things to do in the area. We enjoyed the waterfront view and the pool! The only thing I could say is that some updates could be nice, but everything was great otherwise!! Thank you for having us!!!

The place was absolutely beautiful and 1 block to the beach. You can’t get any better than that. Plus free parking. The view of the waterway from back patio put it over the top. Will definitely come back again.

You can’t beat the setting right on the water !!!! Absolutely great !! The entire building has nice appearance but the pool area could use some TLC by adding newer and more pool furniture. The pool gazebo area was gross. And just in general there is just a lot of crabp laying around the property like a broken gas grill. Inside the unit it was clean but definitely dated, beds were comfortable but living area and dining furniture have seen better days. All this being said it was priced right and we would definitely stay there again.

The location to this property was perfect. The views were awesome. Going inside there are a few things that I believe could have some help. There was no extra blankets or pillow pillows who was just a couple of random beach towels.The bedroom on the right hand side has a slow drain in the bathroom , and the water coming out of the shower is like a trickle.

I had a wonderful stay in ft lauderdale... very memorable... almost like the whole place was ours... pool was amazing....views amazing ... location was very good... lots of things to do around ... we had a great trip....couldn't ask for more.... thank you !!

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia no fue la mejor. Al llegar, me proporcionaron el código de la casa, pero nunca el código de acceso para poder entrar a la propiedad. Tuve que comunicarme con el anfitrión para recibir ayuda y, aun después de que me compartieran el código, no pude acceder normalmente y tuve que buscar otra manera de entrar. Además, la propiedad daba la impresión de estar un poco descuidada y no tan bien mantenida como esperaba. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo bien, pero sinceramente no volvería a hospedarme aquí.
