This villa features a bright, open-concept living space with stylish new furnishings, a large sectional sofa, two accent chairs, and a smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a sun-soaked day. A built-in bar with a wine cooler adds a touch of luxury, and the spacious dining area seats eight. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar for two.

The master suite offers a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and an en suite bath with a custom-tiled walk-in shower. Across the villa, the guest bedroom includes a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds with its own smart TV. A second full bathroom features a tub/shower combo. A full-size washer and dryer are also included.

Occupancy:
While the unit is equipped to sleep up to eight (8) guests comfortably, the maximum number of occupants allowed in a two-bedroom unit is six (6), in accordance with community guidelines. Please note that children aged three (3) and under do not count toward the occupancy limit. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Parking:
Free parking is available for two vehicles on a first come, first served basis for passenger vehicles only. No RVs or trailers permitted.

What We Provide:
1. Linens and Towels: Bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided.
2. Kitchen Essentials: Cookware, utensils, and basic appliances are included. Guests should bring their own spices and food items.
3. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, body wash, laundry/dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Extended stays may require additional supplies.

Hassle-Free Check-In and Commitment to Safety:
Check-in details will be sent via email and text seven days prior to arrival, including directions, door codes, and access info. A confirmation text will be sent on your arrival day. This property uses keyless entry for a fully contactless experience.

Important Notes:
1. Age Requirements: Primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be present throughout the stay.
2. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted by guests of Hidden Dunes. This policy is strictly enforced by the HOA.
3. Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking unit, both indoors and on the porch. Smoking is not allowed on the common property or public gathering spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, pools and pool decks, grill areas, beach or restrooms.
