Beautiful Beachfront 2BR/2BA condo located in Beach Manor at Tops'l in Sandestin!! Brand new kitchen completed in October 2013 and brand new master and guest bathrooms!! New tile throughout and new mattresses in master and guest bedrooms! New HVAC system installed in 2015! Brand new furniture in living room with a pullout sofa! Relax on the beach, on the beautiful balcony or at the resort pools, there are 2! Restaurant and tiki bar located on the property! There is great food and dancing at the Ocean Club. The property is located east of the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. The master has a king size bed with TV and DVD player. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a TV/DVD. There is a sleeper sofa to sleep two in the den!! New 40 inch plasma TV in the den and wi-fi available! Relax on the beautiful white sand or enjoy shopping and restaurants without ever leaving the Sandestin Resort. Baytowne is just across the street with great restaurants and shopping! There is a full kitchen with granite countertops for you to whip up a fresh seafood meal at the end of your day at the beach!! Enjoy dinner al fresco on the beautiful balcony with views of the beautiful white sand and ocean and a view of the preserve. There is an awesome breakfast bar as well as a dining area to have the whole family over!! Topsl has beautiful beachfront pools, a tiki bar and grille, small fitness center, and many other wonderful amenities! An amenities card is not included, however, a small fitness center is available for use by beach manor tenants. This unit is family owned and it is our goal to provide you with the best beach vacation!!

Why Christie chose Destin Area

I have been vacationing in Destin for over 35 years and there are no beaches more beautiful than the Gulf! I love the Sandestin area because you never have to leave the property, there is shopping, dining, spas, and beautiful beaches all on the property. I love the beach view and the view of the preserve from this unit!!

Great condo with awesome view

This unit was perfect for our family of five. What I loved most about the condo, is that you can sit on the sofa and have a beautiful view of the beach and ocean! Also, the walk to the pool and beach are very short, which is convenient with kids. The owner was very nice and easy to talk to when reserving this unit. We'll definitely be back!

Best condo in Miramar / Destin!

My husband and I love staying at Tops'l Beach Manor Unit 505 - we have been staying there for 4 years at least twice a year! The renovated kitchen and bathrooms are lovely - the decor is fun and beachy! The condo is clean and the owners are responsive and delightful. We relaxed, played golf and enjoyed the beach and pool. The owners leave books, games, magazines, and menus from the favorite restaurants. The WiFi worked great all week and we were grateful that the owners leave beach chairs in the closet for us to use. We look forward to going back in the fall!

I am the owner of this unit and we have done a number of things to make this condo a better place to visit. we have redone the floors and they look brand new. we have also changed the a/c and installed a new unit. we have upgraded our wifi and tv channels. I think the condo is in perfect shape and hopefully with your feedback, we can make it more enjoyable when you visit it

A Great Vacation Destination and Location

This is our second time renting out this particular condo. The first time, in July 2013, the weather did not cooperate and we were rained-out four days out of the seven. I told my family that this was a very, very rare occurrence. Forward to June 2015, as expected, we were back in business with beautiful Destin weather and sunshine. Without question, it was (and always is) a wonderful, relaxing, and fun vacation!

I have been coming to Destin since 1985 when I was in High School. My parents heard about Destin through some friends and decided to make it our vacation spot in the Summer of 1985. We made it our family vacation for 10 years in a row (not at this location). Now, my family is vacationing here ... although not every year ... yet. Our children (16, 14, 12) love it. They love everything about the location, the beach, and the ocean (especially when the waves are a little bigger!!). As parents, we love the convenience of the location and amenities.

This time around, we really enjoyed the kitchen remodel and bathroom updates as well as the new furniture. Very well done and certainly appreciated. The condo itself is very reasonably priced given it's location and well appointed.

With that said, here are some things that we have noted that could use some improvement:

1. The tile floors of the condo were quite dirty. Not sure how often they are cleaned, but a good mopping or steam clean would go a long, long way;

2. There is an odd sour / musty smell that comes out of the vent behind the kitchen counter when the air conditioner is turned on. We were thinking maybe the filter needed to be changed but were not sure if the air conditioner is in the condo itself or if it's provided by the building;

3. The bath tub drain in the master bedroom is very, very slow draining. It needs to be looked at by a plumber. This happened to us in 2013;

4. The wireless connection is very weak. A possible upgrade in hardware and speed could possibly help this. I don't think people would mind paying a little extra in their rental fee for this. Of course, this is not why you go on vacation, but is nice to have when everyone is back in the condo for the evening;

5. An upgrade with the cable box so that High Definition channels can be viewed would be greatly appreciated. Again, I don't think vacationers would mind paying a little extra for this in their rental fees. A large screen TV will only make non-HD channels look worse.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your feedback! The floors have been steam cleaned and look great! A new router was purchased and we are working with the Beach Manor Owners' Association to improve the Wifi signal. The unit is deep cleaned several times per year and cleaned after every guest! The entire HVAC system was replaced in July 2015! We have also had a plumber address all plumbing issues in the condo! Thank you so much!

Quiet property with great views of beach.

This is a great condo with excellent furnishings. It was clean with everything in good working order. Its close to the beach and has covered parking which was very convenient. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. The only concern was that this property doesn't give the guests the right to use the tops'l tennis facilities such as the courts, fitness facility, the tennis pros or even the pro shop. We were very pleased with the reception we got across the street at the sandestin tennis and pro shop however. They had great pros and welcomed us in their daily clinics for reasonable fees. The tops'l tennis facility and managers were completely unwilling to work with us or the owners to allow us to use their courts, even though they were empty most of the time! Bottom line is this was a great condo, reasonably priced with friendly responsive owners and I highly recommend it, just be aware of the tennis policy if that is an important reason for coming to tops'l.

Perfect beach vacay!!

Perfect for a family vacation! Location was perfect for us, and the condo was just what we wanted for our beach home away from home. Owners were so sweet and answered any question I had so quickly! We will be back for sure :)
