This home is thoughtfully furnished for your extended stay of 28+ days. Located in Bluff City, you'll be central to the entire tri-cities area of northeast Tennessee. The neighborhood is friendly and walkable with rural hillside views. This is the perfect getaway + work combo space! Three bedrooms - each with desk space, two full bathrooms, and the laundry room are all conveniently upstairs.

We've named her Goldfinch, and you'll enjoy a spacious, grassy yard, back porch, and covered front porch to view both sunrise and sunset!

The home is NEW construction (2023) and has been curated with new and vintage pieces for a comfortable and streamlined home away from home. The space is equipped and ready for longer stays. Fully furnished kitchen makes cooking convenient. Each bedroom has a closet and blackout curtains to control lighting. Sleeps 5 total.

Customize your stay with separate upstairs and downstairs thermostats to control the AC/heat throughout the home. Plenty of parking in garage and driveway. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place in furnished luxury.
