Fully furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, office on main floor and master suite, 1 king, two queens, and a kids bunk bed.
The 2.5 bathrooms (two full upstairs) are equipped with all the essentials, including a hair dryer.

Other Amenities: BBQ grill included on back deck, Screened in porch with furniture,
2 car garage, Cul-de-sac lot, very private in front and back, Walking distance to shops, restaurants, MARTA rail system with a direct route to ATL metro area including the airport, Mercedes Benz Stadium, and more.
No smoking inside the house,
Quiet time is 10PM.
Note: The detached garage has an RV stored onsite by the owner and will be accessed by the owner. The basement apartment, with a separate outside entrance and isolated from this main unit, may be rented as well. DM for details for rates.
