Newer 4 bedroom 3 bath home with screened pool area. Solar HEATED Pool with waterfall for spending quality time with family and friends. Property also has a dock on a Gulf Access Canal. Perfect location to comfortably take advantage of all the area has to offer, including local shopping and dining. Minimum renter age 25 yrs old. please note: The house is for sale. We may have showing requests during your stay. We will provide ample advanced notice to allow showing of the property.
