This new home is welcoming the minute you walk in. Our home offers the opportunity for short or long term stays with all the essentials to make you feel right at home. The home offers a cozy environment in which you will be able to enjoy outdoor grilling and it is perfect for enjoying your favorite wine at the outdoor bar. Half bathroom in the fully gated backyard. This home is only 20 minutes from Yuma, AZ and 5 minutes away from our neighboring country Mexico. Free parking space is included for up to three cars. The open concept layout connects the living area, dinning space and kitchen providing a welcoming environment for relaxation and socializing. The two bedrooms/3 beds offer a peaceful nights sleep on comfortable mattresses with high quality linens. Ample closet space and storage are available to make you feel right at home. Guest can enjoy this two bedroom home and private gated backyard. This home is divided into two private residences, each featuring it's own fully fence backyard for privacy and outdoor living. Each property has it's own private entrance.
Outdoor security cameras are installed at the following locations for property security:
Front doorbell camera (covers the front porch.
Driveway (covers driveway only)
Rear camera (overlooks the side back patio, pointing to the back wall and side of the home).
These are used solely for security and do not monitor inside the home or private areas. No interior surveillance devices are present.
