This property has an electronic doorbell/ camera outside the property by front door.
Relaxing, hospitable home with 2 main suites with their own bathroom, blackout curtains and solar screens are just perfect for a good night’s sleep. Carport parking for 2 vehicles by front door of property.
Beautiful, quiet condominium with comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need for your stay. We provide coffee and coffee cream, spices and olive oil, and has washer and dryer inside the property.
Smart TV on living room and both bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi
Beautiful community back yard with patio, large trees providing shade and community pool, spa and BBQ equipment. Close to airport, shopping, restaurants, hospital and golf course in a quiet neighborhood. We try our best to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Perfect location

We were centrally located near all restaurants shops and fun adventures. The owner was so helpful and on top of any questions I had! The place was spotless a/c perfect and the pool was paradise! I would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

Other than some confusion at check-in we had a great stay. Centrally located and quiet neighborhood. Nice back patio. We'll stay again if it's available on the next trip to Yuma.

The unit smelled of cigarette smoke, mold in bath tubs, cigarette burned bath countertops, crack webbed bathroom sinks, terrible old mattresses, light switch inop in rear bedroom, bedding old and thin, and the host actually lives in Los Vegas not Yuma! Outside trash cans full of smelly dirty diapers and trash! Potholed street ( driveway) still trying to get my refund I did not stay in this property I had to find a hotel in Winterhaven, California!

Perfect

Perfect location. Each br had its own bathroom which made it great for us. Wish the weather had been warmer so we could have tried the pool. Hope to stay here if we come back to Yuma. Thank you

Nice stay

Had a nice stay , had issues with door code but Blanca sorted that out straight away, the tv didn’t work but Blanca figured that out too, it was okay the place could do with some updates and lots of crumbs etc but overall was a decent place and would stay again the hosts are wonderful

Girls Golf Trip

This was the perfect property for our purposes. It was minutes away from the golf course (in fact, we could walk there)! The property was well appointed and provided everything we needed! I recommend this property.

We enjoyed the property very much. Quiet and calm so we could rest easy. The small bathroom needs some cosmetic repair but everything was functional and the overall experience was excellent. We do recommend the property.

Good place to stay in Yuma!

It was clean, quiet and felt safe. It was exactly as the description & pictures stated. The host met us at the home when we arrived, gave us the door code & explained everything we needed to know. It was a pleasant experience, thank you!

The property was a little older, but it was nice. They went out of their way to make it welcoming and clean. There was a Homie feeling to it. I didn’t wanna leave. I hope that next year I can stay there again.

Immaculate and cozy

This property was perfect. My dad and I stayed here while he was going through treatment for Cancer. Petra was so kind and responsive over the two months we stayed. The kitchen is well equipped the beds were very comfortable and all linens were like brand new. The complex is very well maintained with a wonderful pool.

Beautiful landscaping

The property & grounds are beautiful! Palm trees, grass, flowers & even orange & grapefruit trees. The pool is huge. The weather didn't cooperate for us, but the few times we swam was great. THE LAYOUT OF THE CONDO WAS PERFECT.

Yuma condo-nicely equipped

We liked the 2 rooms each with private bathrooms.Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and cookware. Living room was adequate. Liked the nice covered patio with hanging lights. Loved the center grounds with plenty of nice palm trees and fruit trees. Pool area was nice. Overall a pretty good experience and would stay there again.

Somewhat tired looking, both bathrooms could use new sinks and countertops. Although liked that both bedrooms had ensuites. Beds very comfortable. Patio & outdoor table & chairs could use a sprucing up. Great communication with the owner. ok value for the money.

Graduation stay

A bit tired could use a bit of refresh. When I first booked the property the picture showed a walk in shower in on of the bathrooms, not so. I went to Walmart to purchase a tub mat, the tub was very slippery and no grab bars, I’m 78. Overall the property was comfortable and spacious , when family came to visit. The common grounds were well kept , but the pool was not very clean, pool furniture was scarce and the hot tub was nasty, but I’m sure that is an HOA issue .
