This condo is newly remodeled with an updated shower, natural rose wood coffee and end tables, new paint and new kitchen countertops/sink/faucet. This is a perfect place to work from home with spectrums super high speed fast internet ultra-package. The living room and bedroom both offer large HD smart TVs. The sofa converts to a queen size bed so up to 4 guests can sleep comfortably. Very close to the hospital and would be a great place for traveling nurses, seasonal workers or anyone that wants to be centrally located.

Perfect Home Away From Home

This is a great little gem in Yuma! Everything was spot on from the cleanliness of the unit to the communication with the host. I visit Yuma often to see my father. I hope to make this my new home away from home in the future!

The property is older but well kept. Close to canal if your a runner/walker. Communication with owner is prompt and courteous. Condo had all we needed ( maybe a suitcase stand could be used) over all we enjoyed our stay!

I am a senior - adequate stay; housing needs more chairs and suitcase fold-outs

Adequate; nicely central in Yuma; needs a directory of what to do in Yuma and good restaurants; needs 2 comfy chairs in living room and 2 suitacase holders for bedroom (or 2 hard back chairs) - recommend shopping in Palm Springs at all the many consignment places - Estate sales has 4 building on Palm Drive.

We enjoyed our stay over the new year weekend. Kyle responded to our requests to provide a security lock, fix the backed up drain, and leak in the kitchen on NY eve! He's a young man with probably more priorities for that day, but he came through! Thank you Kyle.

Would like to visit location before accepting pictures as confirmation for payment to rent, pictures were much nicer than actually entering condo and observing premises.Probably would look elsewhere next time, patio was not clean at all, whoever they pay money to for cleaning deposit need to have property manger inspect before renting to next customer..

Terrible absolutely terrible!

The place has a very strong oder comming from the couch that gave me an allergic reaction, I couldn't continue to stay more than a couple of hours, i thought I was going to have to go to the hospital. The owner was understanding and offered a partial refund minus one night and cleaning fee although I was only there a couple of hours. I definitely would not recommend this property to those who are sensitive to animal urine and strong chemical smells. The neighborhood is rundown and the property is like a slum, I am just being honest.

This property has been remodeled and updated with almost everything new. The patio sits directly across from the pool but still offers privacy with a 6ft fence. This home is pet friendly and has all tile flooring

What makes this property unique

The Master bedroom offers a brand-new queen-size bed, and a leather couch is a sleeper sofa. The dining room seats four with an additional table on the patio for outside dinning. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, dinnerware, pots pans and much more.
