Great spot - lots of room; very nice pool. Convenient enough location to Saratoga proper. Would stay again.

VRBO pictures were misleading, The pool house was extremely dirty, the pool deck had over grown weeds, exposed pipe or conduit with chairs overtop. the deck had had elevated nails, chipped paint with splinting wood. the grill was dirty and in poor condition. Inside, one bedroom had dirty sheets. The basement was musty and had pet urine smell. Needless to say we were disappointed and ended up leaving a day early.

I am so sorry to see your response. No one has ever said things like this. the conduit you are talking about on the pool deck is part of the pump of the pool equipment and unfortunately i can't do anything about it but put a piece of furniture over it. I went to the house after your check out and I do not smell any pet Urine. It is a pet friendly house and you may have picked up a scent that i didn't. I could have had the cleaning crew come back if you called me as soon as you checked in but there is nothing i can do after the fact but tell you the cleaning crew has done a great job all season. 3 season room is a covered space but is technically an out door space that will need you to clean everyday if you are particular.
