Uber/Lyft are super accessible in Saratoga. 4 car driveway with street parking available.
○ Dogs must be leashed at all times out front of the property and waste must be bagged and disposed in the trash. Guests will be charged an additional pet fee in the event the dog waste is left in the yard after check out.
○ No pets on furniture. Guests will be charged an additional pet fee in the event that evidence of pets on the furniture is found after check out.
○Limit of 1 pet per stay. Additional pets may be allowed with prior approval and will incur an extra pet fee.
○ No shoes inside
○ No parties or extra guests. Guests will be charged the full extra guest fee in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.
○ No smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found inside the property
○ 4 vehicle limit no street parking
○ Strict outdoor quiet hours past 9PM. This is a family neighborhood so please be respectful and considerate by not disturbing the neighbors with noise.
