This waterfront home on Lower Grand Lagoon is only five blocks from the pristine white-sand beachfront. This home features a private boat dock, with stairs to water and wave-runner lift. Lower Grand Lagoon is a haven for watersports, fishing and dolphin sighting with deep-water channel to St. Andrews Bay and Gulf. Watch dolphin directly from the dock or venture out to explore using the provided Stand-Up Paddleboards (2) or Kayak.

Head to the beach or local restaurants/coffee shops on the Beach Cruiser bicycles (2) or take the wagon filled with beach supplies, sand toys and games including SpikeBall, KanJam and Paddleball.

This newly remodeled home has an open floor plan with many windows and a large screened-in porch for gorgeous views of the waterfront. Outdoor grill for burgers, steaks or your catch of the day! Fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee bar.

The Panama City Beach strip is easily accessible using your own transportation or golf-cart rental with many family restaurants, fine dining and nightclubs available. Entertainment options abound for children and adults. This includes beach activities, boat and personal watercraft rental, watersports and boat tours, dinner theater, theme-park, waterpark, miniature golf, go-cart racing, museums, escape room and maze, zoo-world, golf course, tennis and pickleball facilities.

Rinse Stand Up Paddleboards and return to storage bags. Return beach accy and bikes/helmets to storage shed.
Retractable close-line at outdoor pavilion to dry swimwear and beach items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our waterfront home is within a quiet beach community neighborhood that is close to everything the Panama City Beach area has to offer. This includes boating, fishing, beaches, family entertainment, and restaurants accessible by land or boat. Activities like golf, tennis or pickleball all available within a 10-minute drive.

You can also relax on the private dock while observing dolphin, fish and shore birds up-close and explore the Lower Grand Lagoon at your leisure.

What makes this property unique

This is a waterfront family home, not a high-rise condo or hotel. Property includes ample parking for two vehicles plus boat/watercraft trailer storage during your stay.

Step into the water at Lower Grand Lagoon to explore using the provided Stand-Up Paddleboards (2) or Kayak.
