This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Los Pargos/Playa Negra sleeps 4 with wifi and AC in the bedrooms. It's on a quiet road only a 5-min. drive to the beach at Playa Negra, & 15-min. drive to Playa Avellanas or Blanca. It has 50mbs of fibreoptic high-speed internet and numerous comfortable spaces to work from. A creek runs beside the property, and a large terrace is great for eating, relaxing, and working. It is also a 10-minute walk to a small mini-mart and 15 minutes to some of the best restaurants in the area. The property is secure with locked gates.
