Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please empty all trash cans and take to the trash bin located outside the property
Please set all 3 AC controls in Summer at 78 before checking out of property. Heat off in Winter.
Please bring all linens and towels to the second level by the washer and dryer before leaving the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
