The place is horrible. The place need a lot of work. Plaster walls was very bad holes in the walls the cabinet door was broken. To get in the property through the back door smell like urine spiders was everywhere hat to fight them off just to get in. We were there for the weekend and my family couldn’t deal with the horrible smell so we left a day early. Never again. When i called Teddy to tell him about the lock and we wasn't happy with the home he tried to blame me and my family for it. I would never recommend this place

Very clean place . The host teddy was very nice and understanding and communicated with me about everything . Even when I had questions he answered each and everyone. Made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Great quiet neighborhood . 5 star rating

Stayed there two nights and had no issues. It was a good neighborhood and host was great. Great price for what it was. One of the beds in in the spare room was not that comfortable is my only complaint. There was a huge TV in the commons room that was not in the pictures on the listing which was a bonus. Shows 1 TV but there was 3. Bathroom looked remodeled from the pictures. Host was very accommodating. Would recommend.

The unit had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The garbage was full and there was a used washcloth in the shower. The walls are in terrible disrepair. The host did respond to us and the trash was then taken out.

I was not impressed, and I read the reviews. My standards are high, and this reminded me of an apartment for someone who just graduated college/their first apartment. No wash towels were provided. No snacks! Maybe I am used to higher end rental units. Host was very responsive, but I stayed in a hotel my first 2 nights. Did not stay longer because I had pre-paid for this location and could not get a refund. When I first pulled up to the location, the house looked abandoned. I thought I had been punked. If you just need a place to sleep and your standards are low, then this is perfect for you.
