Esta es una propiedad moderna ubicada dentro de Vepri Residence, que se compone de 30 unidades, aislada de forma privada detrás de la puerta principal, con fácil estacionamiento y una hermosa piscina y área de barbacoa.

La casa consta de 2 dormitorios, uno matrimonial y el otro con 3 literas. Muy convenientemente tiene 2 baños completos, así como una hermosa y amplia sala de estar / comedor con mucha luz solar y vistas.

Esta propiedad está rodeada por su propio jardín en tres lados y terraza. Muebles de jardín están disponibles para desayunos al aire libre, comidas y / o barbacoas (conjunto de barbacoa de carbón privado disponible).

Toallas y sábanas están incluidas, como calefacción central, agua y electricidad. Además de la calefacción central, también hay una chimenea en el salón.

Très bel emplacement. Au calme pour se reposer avec grande piscine. En pleine campagne Toscanaise. Idéal pour visiter les villes comme Florence, Sienne... Randonnées possibles. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et se soucient du bon déroulement du séjour.

1ers vacances en famille en Toscane

Très beau séjour à Bucine. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Kenneth, bien qu'il ne soit pas sur place, est très disponible et à l'écoute des ses hôtes. Il cherche des solutions au moindre problème. Les alentours du logement était en travaux mais Kenneth nous avait bien avertis. La piscine était accessible et peu de monde. Les enfants en ont bien profité. La localisation est parfaite pour partir visiter Sienne, Arezzo, san Gimignano, Cortone, Florence,... en voiture. Attention aux moustiques. Très bonne experience. Tranquillité

Logement spacieux, propre avec un environnement calme dans la campagne Toscane. Nous avons pu faire des visites dans les alentours entre 30 min et 1h de trajet en voiture. La piscine est un plus. Il y avait peu de monde donc nous avons pu bien en profiter. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, même si il n'est pas sur place. Nous n'avons manqué de rien dans cette location. Merci pour l'accueil également par Eva et son fils le 1er jour.

Eine schöne Wohnung, aber ....

Zunächst einmal muss man klar sagen, anders als im Inserat geschrieben, handelt es sich um eine Wohnung und nicht um ein Haus. Bei der Anlage kann man auch nicht mehr von Brandneu sprechen. Man sieht überall die fehlende Pflege (abbröckelnder Putz, benötigte Malerarbeiten, kaputte Fliesen im Poolbereich, defekte Pooldusche) Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön und bietet alles was man benötigt. Leider ist sie aber auch schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, sowohl die Möbel, als auch die Wohnung selber, siehe die Bäder und die nur mit viel Kraft abzuschließende Wohnungstür, und könnte eine bessere Wartung/Pflege gebrauchen. Mit anderen Worten, das Inserat, inkl. der Fotos (ich sage nur fehlender Grill am Pool) sollte dringend den aktuellen Gegebenheiten angepasst werden. Was die technische Ausstattung (TV etc.) angeht, so war ich schon enttäuscht. Von den 3 Fernbedienungen (TV, Satellit und DVD) hat nur die vom Satelliten-Receiver funktioniert und es lag nicht an leeren Batterien. Wichtig für deutsche Interessenten, es gibt nur 1 deutschsprachigen Fernsehsender (Arte) und selbst die englischen Sender lassen sich an einer Hand abzählen. Das kannte ich im europäischen Raum bisher anders. Die Internetanbindung (scheinbar über Satellit) hatte leider immer mal wieder Aussetzer und ist nicht die Schnellste. Die Recherche zu möglichen Zielen in der Umgebung war dadurch schon etwas mühselig. Generell liegt die Wohnung sehr schön um die Toskana und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. In Bucine gibt es einen Bahnhof mit dem man Florenz in 45 Minuten erreichen kann. Siena, Arezzo und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 30 – 60 Min zu erreichen. Für alle Aktivitäten außerhalb der Anlage ist ein Auto zwingend notwendig. Zum nächsten Supermarkt benötigt man etwa 9 Min (Bucine 7 Km). Wir würden aber eher empfehlen bis nach Montevarchi (20 Min, 19 Km) zufahren. Die Kommunikation mit Kenneth war sehr gut, genauso wie die Tipps und Informationen zur näheren Umgebung, die er uns zur Verfügung gestellt hat.

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt um die wunderschöne Toskana Region zu erkunden. Der Gastgeber Kenneth gab uns sehr viele gute Tipps zum Essen gehen und war allgemein immer sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Es hat uns in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Il est proposé pour quatre à six personnes, mais nous avons pu y loger à sept. Il est par ailleurs très bien situé pour qui veut découvrir la Toscane, en dehors des sentiers battus. Ajoutons pour finir que les gens de la commune d'Ambra sont d'une grande gentillesse.

Perfect home in a very nice area!

Very good and clear communication with Kenneth, the owner. All information received timely, content was complete and clear. Kenneth is very friendly and really wants the best for his guests. This was very well appreciated by us. We were welcomed by Eva. The house is very nice, clean and offers enough space as well as inside and outside. The two bathrooms are perfect for a stay with larger groups/family. Also the washmachine was a great outcome for washing are cycleclothes. The location is perfect, a very peaceful recidence with a beautiful swimmingpool. The area is perfect for cycling, good roads and climbs. The cars are overtaking with enough space between the cyclist and the car. For food the supermarket is closeby and several great restaurants in the nearby villages can be found. We had a lovely stay in this house and enjoyed the great weather and surroundings! Thank you again Kenneth!

L'appartamento di Kenneth si trova in una zona meravigliosa, molto tranquilla e rilassante. A mezz'ora da Arezzo e da Siena, ad un quarto d'ora dalle crete senesi, ed in generale è in un luogo strategico per visitare la Toscana. L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato pulitissimo e fornito di tutto (davvero tutto), il residence è molto carino e tranquillo e la piscina molto grande e ben curata. E' stata quasi sempre a nostra totale disposizione, per la gioia delle mie figlie. Kenneth è un proprietario molto attento e disponibile, ed Eva, la signora con cui abbiamo fatto il ceckin, altrettanto gentile e a nostra disposizione. Consiglio questo alloggio senza nessuna riserva.

WOW! A great home base to explore Tuscany!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Bucine. We originally had a difficult time reaching Eva, the manager, but a phone call to the owner, quickly resolved that. Ken was very helpful with all our needs, from « getting locked out of the house » (our mistake), to suggesting places to visit. This property was very clean and well looked after with all the necessities needed. We had lots of space and it was very comfortable. It was a great place to explore the different areas of Tuscany, as most sites were within an hour / an hour and a half away (depending on what you want to visit). We enjoyed a variety of historical / medieval towns to wineries. A great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent séjour dans ce logement bien placé et très agréable à vivre.

Maison très agréable, spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. Emplacement idéal pour visiter les alentours Florence, Pise, Sienne .. la Toscane. Maison située dans un endroit calme à proximité des commerces. Tres bon accueil d'EVA qui parle bien le Français Et les propriétaires ont toujours été disponibles pour nous renseigner A recommander. Lovely house with great pool

We just returned home from a lovely holiday in Toscane. After a nice mail-contact with owner Kenneth, we were kindly welcomed by Carlo, who speaks (in my Dutch ears) perfectly English! The house was spaciously, clean and fully equipped. There was a review about the children's room being small, but my two teenaged kids had no problem with it. They found him large enough. The wi-fi was great, especially appreciated by my son and husband! My daughter though, was very happy with the large, clean pool. Maybe there could be more sun beds and some could be replaced, but that was the only tiny minus. The residence is nicely located and give a save feeling due to the electric gate. The surroundings are lovely and the place is very central, you can visit al the nice towns within the hour. In short, I certainly can recommend this place!!

Perfect for relaxation, nature and culture...

We stayed for two and a half weeks and it was one of the best holidays we have ever had. As a couple looking to relax and recover from the stress of modern day life, we found this to be a perfect location. Located in the middle of the Tuscan hills, surrounded by vineyards, beautiful little villages, castles, churches, lakes.....it is exactly what you imagine when you think of holidaying in Tuscany. For peace and quiet the appartment is perfectly located with the only noise pollution provided by the crickets at night. Reading by the pool or sipping Negronis on the terrace gazing out at the surrounding hills....awesome! Facilites were also spot on. A large lounge and well equiped kitchen area with terrace which, as cooking enthusiasts, was very important to us (and barbeque). Two large bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. I am a keen mountainbiker and the immediate area provides scenic trails taking you through local villages, settlements, vineyards and past lakes...and all outside the front door. Ambra is within easy walking distance and has enough shops, bars and restaurants to keep you satisfied for a couple of weeks. Corte di Bacco is one of the best restaurants ever. Supermarket 5 minutes drive in Bucine. For a bit of culture and adventure Siena, Florence, Arezzo are within 30 minutes drive. Montepulciano less than an hour away. As the apartment complex is self contained and very secure, I'm thinking of going back with the kids next time.

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Herzen der Toskana

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser grossen Ferienwohnung in Vepri nähe Bucine. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über sämtliche nötigen Utensilien, wie Toaster, Föhn, Kaffeemaschine und vieles mehr - der Zustand ist tadellos und neuwertig. Der dazugehörige Pool war immer sauber und gepflegt. Zu den verschiedenen Ausflugszielen war es nicht weit, man konnte z.B. Florenz sogar mit dem Zug erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich in den Nachbarorten. Man hatte sogar die Möglichkeit auf der eigenen Terrasse zu grillen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter Sandra & Kenneth!!!

A nice, clean spacious and well-isolated apartment in the heart of Tuscany. Large swimming pool. The house keeper (Angela) was very friendly and helpfull. So was the owner Kenneth ! It was a very lovely place : lots of room and well equiped on the inside and outside. Large fridge ( !!!) . It's well located between Siena and Arezzo and the vineyards and also not far away. One minor detail : there were not enough sun beds at the pool but the owner has 2 more extra sun beds in the house ( good of you Kenneth!).Lots of good restaurants within a range of 5 kilometers. this residence is one of the best we've been to ! In one word : nnnniiiiicccceeee Frank & Anita Belgium

Tolle Lage

Wir verbrachten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung der Vepri Residenz. Die Wohnung entsprach genau dem Inserat. Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist angenehm und funktionell eingerichtet und nicht abgenutzt. Das Kinderzimmer ist recht klein, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Gerätschaften. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr geräumig, das Eisfach verfügt über ein etwas größeres Fach. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Fön, W-LAN – alles da. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe, so dass man ein paar Bahnen ziehen oder etwas tauchen kann. Überfüllt war es dort nie, manchmal waren wir sogar allein dort. Die Straße hinter der Residenz kann man sehr gut als Joggingstrecke nutzen. Die Wohnung liegt günstig für zahlreiche Ausflüge zu den toskanischen Sehenswürdigkeiten oder in die toskanischen Städte. Siena und Arezzo ca. 30 min, Florenz und Montepulciano unter einer Stunde. Während unseres Urlaubes war es in der Anlage sehr ruhig, so dass man nachts gut schlafen konnte. Insgesamt haben wir uns gut erholt und uns wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

schöner, erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir erlebten im Juli einen wunderschönen Toskanaurlaub. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche sind alle Utensilien vom Toaster über den Backofen zur Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Es ist sehr geräumig, lediglich das "Kinderzimmer" ist ein wenig klein, was aber überhaupt nicht stört, wurde es ja nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Kenneth war um unser Wohl sehr bemüht und wir pflegten einen netten Kontakt. Der Pool ist toll, die Kinder hatten jede Menge Spass und wir zogen manchmal unsere Bahnen oder lagen faul auf der Liege. Häufig waren wir alleine dort, da die Anlage recht leer war. Viele nutzen den Standort auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Städte Arezzo oder Siena sind innerhalb einer guten halben Stunde zu erreichen, bis nach Florenz benötigten wir nicht einmal eine Stunde. Weiterhin laden die Bergdörfer und die Landschaft zu (Rad)-wanderungen ein. Alles in allem ein tolles Fleckchen Erde. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Vermieter!
