Fully renovated house on three floors with exposed beams. Private entrance. Ground floor: living room, fireplace, double sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen; first floor: double bedroom, bathroom, office; second floor: attic bedroom, two single beds with mobile air conditioner. Private garden and two covered parking spaces. Large garden of the condominium with swimming pool. Nearby: COOP supermarket, tennis courts, station and village of Asciano (restaurants, cafes, museum and shops).
10 minutes by car: the thermal baths of Rapolano Terme, the Abbey of Monte Oliveto, horse riding. 20 minutes by car: Siena, the Valdichiana outlet shopping center (major brands) Montepulciano, Montalcino, Arezzo and Lake Trasimeno. 1 hour from Florence and 2 hours from Rome.

Like coming home...

We stayed 11 days in this wonderful house close to Asciano. It's cosy and comfy and the view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Having our own piece of garden was wonderful. Supermarket and restaurants are wthin walking distance.

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen 10 Tage Anfang Juni im Haus und haben sehr schöne Tage dort verbracht

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse in die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Der Pool war eine sehr willkommene Abkühlung, weil es schon recht heiß war. Man kommt schnell zu Fuß zum Einkaufen und in den Ort Asciano. Wir hatten im Haus alles zur Verfügung, was wir brauchten. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Es gibt keinen Verkehrslärm, was wir sehr angenehm fanden.

Séjour très agréable dans une Toscane "magique "

Nous avons été accueillis avec gentillesse par Loriana dans cette maison confortable. La literie y est excellente.Sienne est toujours aussi belle et le paysage environnant est à couper le souffle.Art, culture et une certaine philosophie du " bien vivre ": tout y est pour passer de très bons moments dans ce gîte. Un grand merci à Tiziana pour son attention à notre arrivée et pour sa grande disponibilité.

Schönes Häuschen, schöne Ausstattung, gute Lage, sehr sauberer Pool, hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern vielleicht etwas problematisch wegen der Treppe ins Obergeschoss.

Sehr schönes Urlaubshaus

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes, altes Haus in der Toskana. Super als Startpunkt zu den gängigen Zielen wie Siena usw. Sehr schöner großer Pool, der zusammen mit einigen weiteren Häusern genutzt werden kann. Schöner Blick über die Hügel der Toskana. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Nächster Supermarkt kann in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht werden. Auch sonst fussläufiger Anschluss ans Dorf Asciano, Wie beschrieben kann das Zimmer untrem Dach bei starker Hitze nicht wirklich als Zimmer genutzt werden. was us ich wer gestört hat. Für Aufenthalt mit zwei Paaren dürfte das dann aber nicht optimal sein.

Un séjour de rêve

Des vacances magnifiques. Une belle villa traditionnelle avec une vue imprenable sur les Crete Senesi. La (grande) piscine a été la bienvenue avec les fortes températures. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil à l'arrivée et malgré la barrière de la langue nous avons réussi à nous comprendre. La propriétaire Tiziana est très réactive lorsqu'on la contacte. La situation géographique de la maison est idéale. En effet nous sommes dans un endroit très calme où il y a des personnes très sympathiques et nous pouvons aller à pieds (moins de 15 minutes) pour faire ses courses ou aller dans un des nombreux restaurants/pizzérias/bars d'Asciano. De là il est vraiment facile de visiter la Toscane et voir des panoramas absolument merveilleux. Nous sommes partis avec regrets, mais plein d'excellents souvenirs.. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr!
