-Insurance and permits may be required depending on production scale
-Drones are not allowed without prior approval

● Noise & Neighbors

-No amplified sound outdoors after 9:00 PM
-Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level at all times

● Cleanup & Damage

-A professional cleaning fee will be applied to each booking
-All trash must be removed or bagged and placed in designated bins
-A refundable damage deposit is required and will be returned post-inspection

● Security & Liability

-Security may be required for events over 70 guests
-Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage or injury during the event
-The property is equipped with exterior security cameras for safety
