Everything was great. I didn't love that to access to the pool we had to go through the parkade in our swim suits!

Well stocked. Fully furnished in excellent shape. Very clean and orderly. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are amazing! Will definitely stay here again.
We loved this property. Very well maintained and well equipped, easy parking and access to the area. We will be back- next time will be for some Winter fun!
We were in Canmore just for one night for the Rocky Mountain run the next day. The unit was perfect for our family of 6, beautiful and clean and nestled in the mountains with Pool and hot tub. Hosts were kind and quick to reply. We will be back!
The property was clean, well maintained and easy to access. The minor issues and questions we did have were answered quickly and taken care of. The condo was spacious and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were in our building technically speaking but a bit tricky to find on the side we weee on. More pool towels would be nice but we made due. Over all, our stay was great and we will come again.
We had an amazing stay here on our recent vacation to Canmore/Banff. The owners were magnificent. They kept in contact regularly to ensure we were having a good time. They provided information on places to go see and links for discounts. They were prompt in responding to our questions. The premises were very clean and provided most amenities. We also had underground parking. We were very comfortable here during our stay.
The place was very comfortable, beautiful, very clean and conveniently located for our visit to Banff National Park. Chris and Tanya were very communicative and even offered great suggestions for our stay. They also answered every question in a timely manner. We weren’t able to take advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub, only because of time, but I would recommend that future guests do so. We were able to walk to shops and had a wide range of restaurant options, including fast food. The Roam super shuttle was an affordable option for visiting Lake Louise and Moraine Lake so be sure to reserve your spot! We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nice place but the layout is odd. The smaller bedroom has the private en-suite, tv and an exterior door to the balcony. The larger bedroom with larger bed has no tv and a bathroom with shared access. If we had been staying there with out kids when they were a bit younger I would have been really worried about the balcony access and would have had to place them in the king room.
The bbq is electric and not at all what we are used to.
You have to take the elevator and then walk through the parking garage to get to the pool. While the parking garage is heated, it is still quite chilly when walking back in a wet bathing suit.
Overall, this place unit is more geared towards adults than families in our opinion.
Had to prompt the hosts to provide check in information half an hour before check-in time. Luckily they answered promptly, but that’s a bit of a nightmare for people who value a smoother process. The pool was closed for the entire duration of our stay, which is no direct fault of the hosts, but front desk staff was supremely unhelpful and not forthcoming with any of the details regarding this. The first night when we noticed a sign on the pool door stating the pool was “closed indefinitely” we inquired if that REALLY meany indefinitely. Front desk staff stated “it will be open in the morning at 8am, I’m the one who put up the sign.”The next morning, the sign was still there stating an “indefinite” closure. A new staff member was at the front desk, and when we inquired if we could use the pool today she stated “Yes of course.”Us: “But the sign on the door states it’s closed indefinitely.”Staff: “Oh. Then maybe not.”Us: “Can we still use the hot tub / whirlpool?”Staff: “Probably not.”Which is a far cry from the “yes you can use it” we were told earlier.Later that day, we noted folks using the hot tub anyway, despite the closed sign, which seems unsafe. As far as the room/condo itself went, nice, but a bit difficult to navigate (buildings that didn’t attach, having to walk through the parkade to get to other areas) and there was water damage in some hallway ceiling panels. The hand soap in room was extremely watered down. More water than soap.
