Welcome to Casa Moonbeam situated on 7 private acres with amazing ocean and mountain views.  The property sleeps up to 10. The main house has a maximum sleeping capacity of 7 (including a sleep sofa in the living room).  You have the option to add the office/casita (sleeps up to 3) for an additional fee of $125 per night.  Live luxuriously in the main house while having extra space for kids, work, meditation, or whatever suits your desires in the sweetest, private, Costa Rican little house.

The main house is a 1900 sq foot, new, gated home with an open floor plan, full kitchen, MBR (queen), ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower, two guest bedrooms (one queen and two twins (or a KING bed; your preference), guest bath, and full sofa bed in the living room. All rooms open to the deck that overlooks an amazing ocean and valley view, and INFINITY-POOL. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, with an outdoor shower, are very private and separate from the other two bedrooms.  Enjoy your meals on the patio overlooking the ocean or have drinks at the bar in the rancho.  Casa Moonbeam is a fabulous location to relax, enjoy friends and, explore.  

  There is a beautiful INFINITY-EDGE POOL with spectacular views, a rancho with a bar counter and stools along the perimeter and, a high-top table.  The new grill offers delicious BBQ of locally caught fish (same day) and amazing local beef.   On the shady side of the house, there is a private YOGA deck.  Minutes drive to OCEAN and SURFING, Manuel Antonio National Park, waterfalls, and more!

ALERT!!  DO YOU HAVE A LARGER GROUP OR NEED AN OFFICE SPACE??

If you would like to book a group of up to 10 people, you may RENT THE OFFICE/CASITA (sleeps up to 3) for an additional fee of $125 per night, you have the option of adding a private and rustic, open-air, no AC, fully-equipped CASITA, Costa Rican studio-style.  This space can also be used as an OFFICE (strong wifi), personal workout space, massage/meditation space, all away from the fray. The casita offers a full kitchen, one bathroom, a sleeping alcove (queen bed), and a comfy couch that is also a sleep sofa for one (wide twin size). There are ceiling fans, beautiful ocean and mountain views and breezes, and total privacy. In the main house, all of the bedrooms have AC supported by solar, so you're never in the dark! There is a full, well-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, plus a clothes line, a TV/reading nook, and lots of games to play when you're ready to unwind.  
The property is super private and hosts a rustic casita/office that sleeps 2-3 (queen bed and sleep sofa) and, a full kitchen and bath. It can be used as overflow or as office space, with spectacular views and privacy.  Ask about this added feature!
