The place was clean. It had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets.There were TVs in the living room, and in both bedrooms. There was limited seating with only a couch and a small kitchen table. Enough for us, but something to consider. It had less walkability than originally thought, but close to restaurants and things to do.
