At over 3,500 square feet, this 4-bedroom residence is the ideal destination for large groups and families, comfortably sleeping up to 11 guests.
Timeless Luxury & Views: The heart of the home is the expansive great room, which boasts a full wall of glass offering direct, panoramic Caribbean Sea views. The unit features custom luxury finishes and elegant, high-end furnishings, including pieces by Restoration Hardware.
The custom hardwood gourmet kitchen is equipped with appliances, a blender, and a juicer. The primary suite offers a luxurious retreat, complete with a soaking tub positioned for sea views.
This full-floor unit is located directly on the beach, just steps from the infinity pool and private pier.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 11): Four generous bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
• Master Suite 1: King Bed, private ensuite with a soaker tub and walk in shower, sea views, private closet space.
• Master Suite 2: King Bed, private ensuite bathroom, private closet space.
• Guest Bedroom 3: Queen Bed and a Triple Bunk Bed (3 Single Beds), shared bathroom access.

The gated Marazul community includes complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles.
