Overall, our stay was very good. The floors could be a little cleaner but I think that is something that you should accept when staying at the beach. The pool was great because there were double red flags almost the entire week. The ocean view was great even though it’s not waterfront. Air conditioning was great and I would definitely consider staying there again.

The property location was excellent. Really enjoyed the pool and an easy walk to the beach. We had some bumps in the road with the condo itself. The Wi-Fi was not working. The host remedied it the next day. The stove was not working. So it needed replacement so we were without an oven. There was not enough silverware, host said they would remedy that. The coffee maker was not working. Host remedied that immediately. Overall, the host was very good about taking care of issues. We made really good time coming down there and requested an early check-in about two hours early. The host was willing to accommodate for an extra small fee, which was the first time I’ve ever experienced that from the host. Just felt a little cheap.

The house was nice. Lots of stairs lol! Be prepared to get your steps in. Very roomy and had plenty of space for the whole family. Bring extra tp, soap, paper towels and such. But they do give you several sample packs to get you started. We had a little issue with not having check in instructions on the day of check in but called and spoke to Beth and she was very helpful and all was well. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperating so the pool went unused a lot during the time we were there but, what can ya do about mother nature. Again, house was great and the property mgmt company was very helpful with check in instructions and calling to gate to allow guests.

Beautiful house and location. Pool had leaves, branches and bugs due to the storm. We tried to clean it, but needed to be vacuumed. The pool people came the day before we left and cleaned. Leather couch cup holders smelled sour. The kitchen had no teaspoons for cereal, so we used tablespoons. Also, need more coffee cups. The drip coffee maker and toaster didn’t work. Just old I think. BUT, the house, beach, property are beautiful! It was very enjoyable either way, small 1st world problems. Thank you!
