Long term stays of 30+ days are eligible for four paid day passes for the gym, golf, tennis, and pickleball.

PARKING:
You can park 1 car on the right side of the driveway. The owner has a car on the left hand side of the two car garage that they need access to from time to time.

Parking on the street is allowed, but please be sure not to block any fire hydrants, mailboxes, cart paths, or other driveways.

Cars must be oriented in the correct direction when parking on the street.

We`ve streamlined the check-in/out process for you so there is no front desk, or physical keys that need to be picked up.

If you`re unable to reach one of us, please use the emergency contact number provided in your House Manual sent prior to check-in.

Guest Verification Notice:

Please note that prior to check-in, all guests are required to complete a brief identity verification process. This is handled securely and directly. By booking, you acknowledge and agree that your information will be collected for verification purposes.

Security Camera Notice:

For the safety and security of all our guests, please be advised that the property is equipped with active security cameras located exclusively outside the home. These cameras are positioned to monitor the exterior front door and the outdoor areas only.

There are no cameras inside the property or in any private or indoor living spaces. The purpose of these outdoor cameras is solely to enhance guest safety and prevent unauthorized access.

IMPORTANT:
To help ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection. You may choose a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers minor accidental incidents and is our most convenient and guest-preferred option. Alternatively, you may opt for a fully refundable Security Deposit, which is returned in full after your stay, provided no damage is reported.

We are committed to maintaining a secure and respectful environment for all our guests.
The golf course is private property.

Walking, running, playing, pets, etc., are prohibited on the golf course at anytime of the day or night.

When it comes to the common areas of the HOA, all pets must be kept on a leash.

Pets are never allowed in the pool areas.

Please pick up after your pets and dispose of animal waste at the rental location not in pool trash cans.

No parking is allowed between 12am and 6am on Palm Valley Drive.

The City prohibits the use of radios, musical instruments, sound systems and other sound-emitting devices outside a home or rental property between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.

Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.

Please do not park on the left side of the driveway. Park all the way to the right side of the driveway with your 1 vehicle.
