この新しい改装はゴージャスな2ベッドルーム、2.5��スタウンハウスです。 キッチンとお風呂は新しく、リビングルーム、ダイニングエリア、そして裏側のパティオはすべて新しくて美しいです。 ベッドルームにはクイーンサイズベッド1台とキングサイズベッド2台が備わるツインベッド2台が備わります。 リビングルームにはソファーベッドがあります。 コミュニティプールはすぐ外にあります。

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and neighbors, however it was not as clean as in the past. Floors needed mopped (our feet were black in the first hour) living room furniture was dirty. Back yard area was unkempt.

Great location, close to many restaurants and shopping. Pictures made home appear bigger than it was. Had comfortable beds and good kitchen supplies to cook meals. Managers of property responded quickly and were very helpful with all requests. Had a wonderful time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - right across from the pool and easy walking distance to anywhere you'd like to go. A few maintenance issues need attended to (light bulbs out, missing knobs in bathroom, missing hair dryer in one bathroom, stairway carpet needs cleaned, but all normal wear and tear. Patio area needs spruced up to make it an enjoyable space. We booked it again for next year, the location is perfect for us.

This unit was very comfortable for two couples. We had a couple of issue & the management company was very responsive. It was an excellent location for an event @ Truman Annex Complex.

Rental was clean and comfortable, the pull out couch had a memory foam mattress which made it comfortable to sleep on. Only thing the rental needed was more silverware, had to keep washing dishes (for those who don’t want to eat out all the time). We’ll DEFINITELY be back soon!

The property is well maintained and realtor is very accommodating with any deficiencies we brought to their attention. Amazing Location

We were able to walk to everything we went to see - Market Square, Southernmost Point, Up and Down Duval Street and Fort Zachary Taylor. Place was perfect for our family of 5. Pool was nice and close as well.

very nice property

All of the amenities are great...Close proximity to the pool. Very nice furnishings. Very nice patio out back where you can have your meals and a nice ceiling fan to keep you cool. The one negative are the beds were not comfortable but that is a personal preference. Definitely stay there again.
