PLEASE NOTE:

Heritage Palms only accepts bookings of a minimum of 28 days. It is a secure, gated community with an HOA application process to be completed 10 days in advance, so please plan accordingly. There is an application form/background check, that must be completed with the Association and an application fee of $500 (this has not been included in your booking fees) that is a membership transfer fee.
