With a comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen, and outdoor space, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, WiFi and workspace. Fall in love with Cambridge and its easy access to all that Greater Boston has to offer.

This spectacular open space set back and among trees is set well off the street - the action in Central Sq. feels distant. But it is only 2.5 blocks away! The house is steps to the Red Line at Central Square, MIT, Harvard, the Charles River, great dining & music, groceries, vintage finds, and more - here's Boston University's good guide to Central Sq. establishments: http://bit.ly/4kOHVBn. Easy transit takes you to BU, Fenway Park, downtown Boston and beyond.

Take advantage of the whole house, everything you need is there. Help yourself to the spice drawer, sugar and other staples. Several grocery stores are within 0.5 miles. Choose from a queen-sized bed in the open primary bedroom on the top floor, or the comfortable full size futon on the ground floor.

Ground floor:
- Up just 1.5 steps to enter the house from the driveway
- Flexible second bedroom and/or sitting room with workspace
- Bathroom with shower
- Direct access, through the sitting/bedroom and down one step, to the private and fenced-in yard.

Main floor:
- Full, eat-in kitchen outfitted with all the dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, bakeware, and essentials (oils, spices, coffee, sugar, etc.) that you may need to make yourselves at home.
- Living room with comfortable sectional sofa that includes two recliners. 40-inch TV with Roku, including Sling TV, and Amazon Prime Video. Books and a bookshelf stereo are also available for your at-home relaxation.
- Balcony with comfortable seats for two to put their feet up and enjoy a book or a drink at the end of the day

This was a super cute property, and the location was very convenient for my activities at The Dance Complex. The well-appointed kitchen helped me save money on meals. I would gladly stay here again!

A lovely, comfortable place and spotlessly clean. The location is great though noisy (Cambridge Sanitation rolls out the heavy metal around 0700). There was a plumbing problem, but the owner's communication was excellent.

We had a great stay this past weekend! The home was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming, it truly felt like a home away from home. Aside from a couple of minor hiccups, everything went smoothly. I’m confident that if we had reached out to Amy during our stay, she would have been very attentive, as she seemed readily available and responsive.The only thing worth noting is that parking can be a bit of a hassle. We had a rental car and didn’t confirm private parking in advance (my mistake), but Amy did provide a street parking permit. Street parking was doable when spaces were actually available, just something future guests may want to plan for ahead of time.Overall, we had a good experience. Thank you, Amy, for a lovely stay!
