Enjoy stunning views from this beautifully updated Chincoteague Cape Cod–style home.

Crab or launch your kayak from the private bulkheaded shoreline — a ladder attached to the bulkhead provides convenient access to the bay. Two kayaks are included, one single and one tandem.

Take in amazing sunset views from the front covered porch or gather with family at the seating area right at the water's edge. The fully enclosed front yard is perfect for children and pets.

The first floor features a bright, cheery kitchen, dining room, and a spacious living room with waterfront views. The first bedroom has a king bed and beautiful bay views. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed. Two full bathrooms are on this level: one located off the kitchen mudroom area and the second in the hallway beside the bedrooms.

The second floor offers a private suite with a third bedroom that includes two twin trundles (four twins or two kings) and its own full bathroom.

The large rear deck and patio area are perfect for outdoor entertaining and feature a firepit table for cozy evenings.
