Why they chose this property

This location provides a unique "rural" setting but TOTAL convenience to the airport (3 miles away-but hardly any air traffic) and a quick 15-20 minutes to the Rogers Pinnacle Hills area and downtown Bentonville attractions. The property offers ample room for parking for guests and additional cars or trailers. A delicious Mexican restaurant, coffee shop, food trucks, Dollar General, and a gas station all less than 2 minutes away. See the stars and listen to the crickets at night!

What makes this property unique

Restored 1925's stone cottage, "giraffe style" stone work. Lots of charm and space in the 2b/2b, stocked kitchen, full laundry, new smart TV, Starlink internet, easy check in. Small fenced yard for pets safety. Get away from the hustle & bustle with out giving up on your location!
