Newly Redone Mid City converted GARAGE apartment
Please read and view pictures carefully before choosing to book. This is a renovated back GARAGE house. This is the entire space and not shared. It has a private 1 bedroom with queen sized bed plus a large extra bonus room with 2 twin beds. There is also a cozy living area with a large couch and a kitchen with fridge, stove, dishes and utensils. The unit has a small bathroom with a stand up shower, no tub. The unit also comes with its own washer and dryer. Direct tv and hi speed wifi included.
Entrance is through a keyed gate and the unit is at the back of the property. The property is a duplex and there is another rental in the front unit. This unit does not come with parking. Street parking only. No access to backyard but there is a small outdoor space right outside your door. Live like a native Angelino!!
