The pictures and description of the Catbird property were totally misrepresented and designed to put the very best spin possible on the description. Although, I will say it was clean. Here are the misrepresentations:1) This is NOT a hotel property. There is no front desk nor anyone to check in with. You check in totally unassisted on a kiosk. It looks like a property invested in by some type corporate VRBO investment. There is NO front desk with staff to assist you or answer questions.2) The hot tubs on the roof are closed (with plywood over them behind a locked gate) and apparently have been for some time and according to staff.3) The rooftop bar does not open until 4PM and closes at 10pm. You can order food there - as long as it’s a grilled cheese sandwich (seriously!). 4) There is a small grill near the entrance, but its hours are as limited as its menu. They made it look like a Resturant in the picks, but it has literally about 5 stools on a 10’ bar in front of the grill stove.5) The staff at the main entrance know absolutely nothing about the property or the surrounding area.The property was clean and appeared well maintained (with the exception of the hot tubs), but the associated pics and description totally misrepresented this property. I won’t be staying here anymore.
