Bright and Airy studio in the prime location of Redondo Beach, an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway.

We are locals who love hosting but also earn a living doing what we love. We try to keep our rate as affordable as possible. We are not luxury homes/hotels with concierge, pools, gyms, etc. We offer safe and clean space. No frills, no hidden charges. Please be kind and respectful to us, other guests & the neighbors. Prime Redondo Beach area

About a 5-minute walk to the iconic pier, fisherman warf, running trails, park, and the beach. Groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores are within walking distance.

Bus stop: about 5 min walk

The entire place, no sharing.

Furniture: Queen bed, dresser, closet, couch, futon, dining table, shairs, 50` TV (streaming subscriptions required).



Kitchen: microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee machine.

Laundry is shared (requires payment and is coin-operated)



CHECK-IN: 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM

CHECK-OUT: Before 10 AM



Please do not have any deliveries without informing us in advance.



HOUSE RULES

1. Zero tolerance -No parties, no intoxicated behavior, no illegal drugs, no smoking marijuana, and no smoking cigarettes anywhere inside or outside the property.

2. No pets/extra guests in the room without prior approval.

3. No illegal music/movies can be downloaded from our internet. You will get a fine from Spectrum.

4. Maintain harmony with the neighbors.

5. Please turn off the AC, TV, and other electronics before leaving the house.

6. Please don`t make loud noise after 08:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m.

7. Please do not put oil, bones, or leftovers in the garbage disposal. It will cause a clog. Please use the trash can instead.

8. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper into the toilet or It will cause a clog.



Booking this home implies agreement with the house rules. Guests assume liability for any personal injuries during their stay and acknowledge that the host is not responsible for items left behind. Guests also agree to team entry with 12 hours` notice for necessary maintenance.
