This property was great for what we were there for our son’s Navy graduation. It was easy to get there for the graduation. We used the very nice grill in the back yard it was a very nice area! We enjoyed how easy it was to get to grocery stores and restaurants!

We loved this house. Great size for our family. Place was CLEAN!!! Very cozy, loved the layout, the space. We did not get to use the backyard due to our time restaints but we checked it out..what a great oasis. If we come this way again we will rent again! We were there 2 nights, so our full day we did go into the city to see museums. The drive into and back was fine, we were concerned of the length of the drive but we are glad we did it. Mundelein is a beautiful city and the location of the house is easy!!

Mundelein just made sense for us. It’s close enough to Chicago when we want the energy of the city, but we still get that calm, friendly, small-town feel. We’ve found some great restaurants, go-to coffee spots, and local shops we love—and it’s all super easy to get to. It’s been such a great place for our family, and we think guests will feel that too.

Honestly? The backyard. We’ve spent hours out there—cooking in the outdoor kitchen, catching up with friends, or just watching the kids run around. It’s private, relaxed, and set up to make you feel like you’ve got your own little escape. Inside, the house is clean, cozy, and simple in the best way. Nothing fancy, just a space that makes it easy to settle in and feel at home.
