Outstanding property that is beyond expectations even with the pictures and description. Great to host large groups for a fun and special time. It’s hard to find homes with so many beds, showers and room to host a large group, let alone at such high quality. More than enough space for folks to find a spot and with the gym, home theater and game room ways to enjoy after a day out. Beds, showers etc were all great, and the kitchen(s) made cooking for a crowd easy.

We had an excellent stay! What stood out most was the host’s hospitality friendly, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our visit. Communication was easy, check-in was smooth, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable. It really made the experience feel welcoming and stress-free. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend this host.

We were in town for our mother's funeral and this home was such a blessing to us all.This house was very clean and spacious. It accommodated 4 of our families and we still had 2 bedrooms that could have been used. There was plenty of space for the kids and they loved the game room and the movie room. It was the perfect spot for us all.Thank you John for your quick responses to any questions we had. If we all need to come in town again, we will definitely be staying here again.

We rented the house for a staff reunion. It was perfect for us. The kitchen is large and well equipped. I loved that several of us could work together in it. The dining table was large, the living room sitting area was comfy and the outdoor deck was fabulous. There are nine bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. We didn't use the gym or game room, but both are available. The bedrooms are all quite large. The master bedroom and bath are totally wild -- large, fancy. This house would be perfect for a group gathering or family reunion.

We had a wonderful time in this property. It wildly exceeded our expectations with what seemed like endless rooms. The bedrooms were numerous and large with comfy beds and were super quiet. The kids jammed on old school video games, ping ping and foosball and ran around the spacious yard. The kitchen was a legitimate chef's kitchen and was well-stocked with a huge fridge and awesome range. Every room was huge and easily accommodated our family reunion. The deck was also expansive with a gas firepit and a nice grill and the property has many trees and has a woodsy vibe. We were 10 minutes from Lake Michigan and had easy access to stores, restaurants and anything we needed. This is one of, if not our favorite family-oriented Vrbo rental. It was definitely worth every penny and we are planning to revisit it next year. Thank you John, for housing us in your beautiful home.

We rented the property to attend my daughter's RTC graduation. We have a big family so it was perfect. We had more than enough space and the house had lots of amenities so we didn't have to leave the house. We took advantage of the grill. the game room, the movie theater and decor with professional family photos.

This place was a gem. We were all blown away at how spacious the house is. All 7 of us were able to spread out and be comfortable. The house is immaculate and kept incredibly clean. We loved the game room and gym. It was like having your oen private resort. This stay was exceptional the house rules explaining how to work the many high tech amenities was very helpful. The host was easy to contact when needed. which was only once. Words cannot express how great this house is. The owners did an amazing job renovating this space. We will be back!

My family came up from Virginia for my daughter’s boot camp graduation. The house was in a good neighborhood and within 20 minutes to base. Everything you need is close and Walmart delivers. I usually pack all my supplies but the house was fully loaded with all that you could need. I didn’t need to open any household items except those I chose to use and some extra laundry detergent. We had a full house and everyone had their own space. The trip was long for us and the house was clean and inviting. There’s quite a lot to offer and I’m not sure we were able to even use it all. Only 3 tickets for graduation and the movie theatre in the house allowed her siblings and boyfriend to watch her graduation on a large screen. The house is mostly private and wooded, and you can see a neighbor or two but no one cared. It was noisy for me being close to a busy street but we live in a rural area and don’t have much traffic noise at home so I figured it to be common for the area. Overall, this house was the most stocked and accommodating of any Vrbo or company rented house we have stayed at. I was shocked at the price point that all the items were supplied as they were. It felt like being home away from home. If anyone has the needs for a large space and visiting for boot camp, and also needs a private calm place for their recent grad to decompress from boot camp, then this house is a perfect setting for just that. 10/10

Exceptional! Absolutely Beautiful Home!Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quality, cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the entire property.The home was top-of-the-line and immaculate! The floors were sparkling clean, every bedroom was fresh and beautifully maintained, and the chrome finishes added such an elegant touch. The kitchen was phenomenal and stocked with absolutely everything we needed. The laundry room was also exceptionally clean and convenient.The host thought of EVERYTHING! Each bathroom was fully supplied with plenty of towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. You could literally enjoy the entire stay without needing to leave the house!The huge living room was perfect for fellowship, and the large dining table gave our family and friends plenty of room to enjoy meals together. The spacious outdoor area with a fire pit and large balconies provided wonderful spaces for relaxing, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.And the beautiful beach just minutes away was an added bonus! Our host, John, was absolutely excellent! He communicated consistently, checked on us every day, and made sure we had everything we needed.This home was the perfect place for family, friends, fellowship, relaxation, and making beautiful memories.We will DEFINITELY be returning! This VRBO was the perfect spot for our college graduation celebration with extended family, all adults, we needed seven private suites with as many bathrooms as possible. We found the decor spectacular and the amenities plentiful. Could have used a couple of extra days to fully enjoy it all. The location was extremely convenient with pretty quick access to the interstate and even easier access to campus up and down Sheridan. The driveway accommodated all our vehicles and offered nice privacy.The movie theater, master bathroom with hot tub and plaza shower, game room with “Speakeasy”, and TVs EVERYWHERE make this the perfect group entertainment pad with a professional kitchen and huge deck.We could go on and on about the house. What is even more outstanding is the attentiveness and conscientious host. Communication was always prompt, complete and very accommodating. We would recommend John as a host and this home to anyone with a need of this size, or even a smaller group wanting a special getaway with a posh environment.Thank you for helping make our daughter’s graduation, two anniversaries and a 60-something birthday family gathering so memorable.
