If reservation is made less than 8 days prior to arrival, an additional $100 application fee will be required.

Furthermore, if a reservation is made on a last minute basis before Friday @12:00pm for a booking that begins on Saturday or Sunday of that weekend, there will an additional $200.00 charge required by the Homeowners association.

Amazing house

A really lovely house, very comfortable and has everything you need. One of the nicest decorated houses we have stayed in. Really loved the outside area with a big table with a TV above, comfy sofa & chairs - the pool is lovely and gets plenty of sun with nice sunbeds and a great outlook. Tammy & Neil are always on hand for any queries - they are amazing! We will definitely be booking this one again!

Loved Briarwood

House was very comfortable in a quiet gated community, convenient to the downtown area. The property manager, Tammy, was so easy to contact with questions or problems, could not have been more responsive. Loved the pool which recieved lovely afternoon sun. Very pleasant stay.

Tammy was so accommodating during our holiday stay. The stores were closed, so she made sure our groceries were in the fridge upon arrival. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. There were towels and linens available, a few bikes to ride around the gorgeously manicured neighborhood and even to the community park (big perk if you have younger kids) There were a few pool toys, beach chairs for 6 of us so we could even enjoy our beach day which was less than 15 min drive. I loved it that the young adults could watch the NCAA games out by the pool and still be a part of the family happenings that day. I can't say enough good things about this experience. Our family doesn't do this kind of thing often so when you spend this kind of money, it was awesome to have all our expectations met.

Terrific Naples location

This home worked well for my husband & I , my daughter & her family of 4 (children 5 & 2) very clean & a great home design with one side had 3 bedrooms and the master suite was on the other side with family room & outdoor pool area/outdoor living room in the center, we were outdoors most of our stay in this great backyard.

We loved this house for our vacation. The entire house was clean and we loved the layout. The pool was great. Very well stocked house with all the kitchen tools you would need, as well as towels for the pool. The owner/management was great, especially if we needed anything. Would definitely return here!

Perfect Stay

This property was perfect for our family. Modern, clean, comfortable, well equipped, great location. Communication with property owner was brilliant from booking to the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. The gated community is safe and so well maintained. Naples bay and beach are just a 15 min drive and well worth a visit, beach sunsets are a must. We also did the Naples moped tour which was excellent, sunset cruise and the Everglades, all recommended. The outside space area of this property is particularly good, with great furniture, sun beds, lovely pool and BBQ, and even a TV, we spent all of our time outside. The property is very well equipped with beach chairs, pool/beach towels and even bikes and golf clubs. This was our 3rd visit Naples and was the best. Restaurants to recommend would be The Cheesecake Factory, Longhorns Steakhouse, The Olive Garden and if you want a dining experience, Seed to Table.

Our family booked a lovely house through Itrip Vacations for Chiristmas. The house was better than I could have imagined. We arrived to a lovely Christmas tree lit up. We had a question about the heater in the pool and Tammy responded right away and we figured out the issue. I would highly recommend booking through I trip Vacations!!!

Overall beautiful property and great safe neighborhood. Quick drive to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Great that you have access to the garage and pool toys, grill, cooler, chairs etc. huge benefit for us. Pool and pictures online make it look huge and definitely not as big as the pics made it seem (especially the pool) but plenty of space for us regardless. Wish the HOA wouldn’t count children/infants into the count of people allowed to stay at the property as we would’ve had space for additional family to come because of kids sleeping with their parent. Overall though great beautiful place, awesome property manager who was very helpful and available quickly, and was a wonderful vacation.

Awesome and Relaxing Property

The house, grounds, and neighborhood could not have been better. Ideally located to everything in Naples, the guarded community was a plus. Tammy was so helpful even to get my wife, who is blessed with being only 5" tall, a stool to help her get onto the master bed! The kitchen was well equipped and the abundance of towels was another plus. Would definitely rent this property again.

Relaxing Thanksgiving

This home had just about everything that you would need for a perfect getaway. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was quite an assortment of outdoor activity equipment. The outside pool area is where we spent most of our time when we were at the residence. They have great pool lounge chairs and a large table and chairs. However, the outdoor seating furniture was not as pictured, and was not very comfortable. I do see that the picture has been updated. Another issue is that you are very near the Naples airport and there is a lot of jet traffic. But it is a lovely neighborhood and was with in 15 minutes of the beach and downtown Naples. We thoroughly enjoyed our time! The rental agency was easy to work with.

Perfection is all I can say

There is everything great about this property - location is 7 min drive to the best beaches with an easy access. House is big, open space, a lot of natural light. Clean as brand new. It has absolutely everything you may need. This property has a sense of care and love, it is hard to believe it is rental.

Briarwood Tivoli Drive Naples

This rental is as good as it looks. The property was great for a family of 7 for us. Plenty of bedroom space, all well appointed with comfortable bedding. Plenty of living space that flows nicely and the best part is the covered lanai and pool area. The house is equipped with everything you could need including bikes, tennis racquets, beach chairs, towels, etc. We are into cooking and the kitchen is well appointed with everything a cook would want. Including a great outside grill. Tammy, the host, was incredibly responsive and was quick to take care of a couple of items that occurred during our stay. The place was clean and well maintained with plenty of sheets an towels. We would definitely recommend this property.

Nice quiet safe location within gated community. Great layout for families - can easily keep an eye on your kids. Screened in backyard with heated pool and clean bbq. House well equipped with amenities as well as for outdoor play and beach. Cleaner linens upon arrival would have been greatly appreciated.

Conveniently located for our golf trip

The house was spacious and fit our needs. We loved the huge outside tv by the pool and the grill was nice and clean as we like to dine in occasionally. Tammy kept in touch with us and was very helpful. My only recommendation would be to have additional paper products on hand (paper towels, toilet tissue) for the next renter. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Property! Better Then Expected!

Our family enjoyed this property immensely! From the minute I booked it was great communication with Tami the property manager! She helped with crib and high chair rental for my grandson, and many other questions we had before and during our stay! Upon arrival, property was nicer then the pictures. Many pool toys, lots of beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys! Very, very satisfied and made our family vacation very enjoyable! We will return!

Awesome holidays at Briarwood

We (two families with four kids) spent two awesome weeks at this place. It even more spacious than the pictures show, clean, stylish and fully equipped. The kids loved the pool and we all the amenities the house offered (e.g. barbecue, TV outside). Minor problems/ questions got instantly solved by Tammy - thanks for your exceptional support.

1067 Tivoli Dr Naples

My seven friends and I just spent a wonderful week at this lovely house on Tivoli Drive. This was our 20 annual golf trip with my golf buddies. The four bedroom and three bathrooms worked out well. It’s not easy to find a place that will handle the needs of 8 women. We especially enjoyed the pool and patio. There were lots of ‘toys’ in the garage to be used like bikes and pool floats etc. The location was very good for us. It was centrally located for all the different golf courses we visit and easy access to anything in Naples.

Wonderful stay

This was a nice place. Clean and spatious. Quiet area, except for the occasionally planes. It is about 15 minutes drive to the beaches, and you need a car to get around. The pool is on the small side, but there is two communal pool in the area. I would recommend this place.
