12th floor unit comes with a large bedroom with a king size bed. Has 2 single built-in bunk beds in the hallway, queen size sleeper sofa 's fully equipped kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, has approx. 960 square feet,located at the more desirable east end of building. Comes fully furnished with a large balcony with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen includes: dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, washer and dryer, microwave, blender, dishes, cooking ware and all utensils, toaster, can opener and garbage disposal.
Beds: 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa Bed. Just bring your clothes!

Perfect location

This is a great well equip older condo with a great view at the far end of the boardwalk. The place was clean, very comfortable bed, and quite frankly one of the biggest TVs I’ve ever seen in a condominium. We’d loved to return someday, thanks, Bradley

Bachelorette trip

The location was perfect! Right on the beach with nice hot tubs and pools if you need a sand break. The tiki bar was great but I def recommend Bobs! There were restaurants in walking distance as well! The property manager was quick to respond and a big help!

It doesn’t get better than this, literal paradise!

Best host, best experience, best unit we’ve ever had at The Summit! Every detail was thought of (even a little fan & light bulb attached to the pull strings of the ceiling fan). I am obsessed with all of the owner’s furniture, the unit was beautifully decorated. The rocking chairs on the balcony are everything. We ate every opportunity we could on the patio table too! The host was super communicative & had a very quick response time. We were welcomed with a letter that explained any question that I could think of. I look forward to booking with this host again!

Nice condo with awesome views

Condo was great. Everything was like it was described. Great views from the balcony. Only cons: sleeper sofa mattress was just springs with a cover. Was not comfortable at all so my sister slept on the cushions instead. There dust build up on all the ac vents and the vent in the door. Other than these 2 things everything else was great and we enjoyed our time

One again, the first thing on my arrival letter, says, please let me know if there is any issues or need any on arrival or during your stay, im 5 minutes away and an resolve most issues. But nobody does and choose to leave an issue on the review! Don't really understand it.

Cleanliness of the property was not ideal but it also was not terrible. We were given the option to receive refund and go elsewhere but declined as there is no guarantee the next place would be any better. First time condo renter and maybe it was normal as I didn’t have anything else to compare it to.

Unfortunate luck!

Enjoyed the first night before the air conditioner died. Never saw a repair man. Had to clean the toilets because they were nasty. Didn’t get much rest without air but luckily there were ceiling fans to help a little. Had a big ice maker which was nice and a patio full of beach supplies. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony. Plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Was overall a good week on the beach.

Beware not family friendly

Room had not been cleaned very good. Crumbs on nightstand and someone’s else’s from previous ear ring. Food in freezer left from someone previous. Sand still on floor and threatened to charge extra cleaning if it wasn’t clean before we left yea right don’t waste your time .

Arrival letter says " upon arrival please let me know if any problems at arrival" didn't hear anything until they left. Would have sent cleaning right back over day one.

Enjoyable stay!

I had everything I needed and more! The burger from bikini bobs was delicious. The owner was quick to respond to any question I had. The environment is probably more adult than family oriented. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
