New Listing. This exquisite luxury Summit Beach Resort condominium is conveniently located on the 6th floor of this 15-story complex. Completely renovated with all new luxury furnishings and appliances in 2023. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This very well-appointed and fully equipped condo offers a modern kitchen with all new appliances, a dining area, living room, laundry closet and separate bunk areas and bedroom. The bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower combo. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway and the unit also has a queen sofa sleeper for additional bedding if required. Comfortably accommodates 5 guests. This unit has no peers at The Summit. The absolute finest unit at the property with everything 100% new as of May 1, 2023. The Summit is located on the beach at 8743 Thomas Drive.

-Summit does not allow pets

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $325 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.

**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. During this period, balconies may be closed or partially closed, outdoor furniture may be stored inside the unit, and guests should expect noise and dust. While we will reaccommodate as able, no refunds, discounts, or guaranteed relocations will be provided. Thank you for your understanding while property improvements are being made!**

Wonderful unit

Enjoyed this unit as it was very clean and well stocked. Good location close to all areas we frequent. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was nice and clean good location. Just a very busy weekend. Beaches were packed. Still had a great time.

Wonderful Vacation

We absolutely loved every minute at this condo! It was very clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. Nice furniture and gorgeous view of the pools, hot tubs and of course the ocean! The kitchen counter tops were beautiful along with the other updates! Water pressure was great in the showers. Balcony furniture was very nice. We loved everything about it and would book it again!

Decent for the Price

Condo itself was nice enough as advertised, though when we got there, there was a weird cat smell pee. Comfy beds, however BEWARE THE PULL OUT COUCH BED. Apparently it’s not used very often and the cleaning people don’t know to clean it? We pulled it out for my nephew and the sheets were already on it and they were disgusting and it stunk up the whole room. It did not get used, needless to say. However the bunk beds and the king size bed were VERY clean and fresh. Kitchen was well stocked. The elevators are slow and they probably need more of them. All in all, not bad at all for the price aside from the couch bed debacle.

Do not recommend

I'll start with positives. The condo itself "looks" clean and updated. It had a balcony with a great view. The weather was beautiful and hot and I normally love PCB. Now the negatives. The first was the overwhelming smell of the condo. It almost overpowered the stay with the musty/moldy strong smell. I'm not sure if it's isolated to this condo as the entire building itself is old, but it was bad. Second, when I did my actual check in the next morning, I was charged a $20 fee. I know, it's "only" $20, but after paying a couple grand it seemed ridiculous. I've never had to do that at any other condo. This area had a lot of "touristy" things around as well as a gentlemans club across the street. I had never stayed in this area so all of that was noisy. On Friday, there were signs that water was to be shut off starting at 9am in the entire building and no one knew how long it would be off. It didn't matter, because I was out of there at 6:15am despite having booked through Sunday. I will not stay here again.

Great time of year

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacationed here the last week of August and the weather as well as the water was perfect. The unit was decorated nicely and had most everything we needed. There was no broom to sweep up sand and the balcony was covered with sand when we checked in. The bed in the master had sand in the sheets the first night so I'm not sure those sheets had been washed. There were three elevators and at any given time at least one was elevator was inoperable. The pools were nice as well as the on-site restaurant and bar. The beach service chairs were great but a little pricey at $50 per day.
