Come & enjoy this elegant home located in gorgeous Fountain Hills! Renovated from ceiling to floor, no detail was overlooked to maximize your comfort during your stay with us! The open kitchen & living area is the perfect space for entertainment with your guests! Tall ceilings & windows light up the space during the day & set a fresh feeling throughout the entire house. The backyard, featuring pool, outdoor seating & grill area is the perfect spot to enjoy our famous Arizona sunsets!
This home features a total of 5 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms.
There are bedrooms on both floors of the home. The bottom floor features 2 bedrooms while the remaining 3 are on the second floor, including the master.
Master bedroom features bathroom en suite, with standup shower & soaking tub, & a private balcony overlooking the backyard and surrounding area.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials necessary to prepare a meal.
Washer & dryer located in home for any laundry needs during your stay with us.
Backyard is fully fenced & offers a great setting for endless entertainment throughout your stay.
Be advised, hot tub is not marked as an amenity for the pool area. The pool is a normal swimming pool with no heating option for pool or hot tub.
You'll have access to the entire space & premises.
Fountain Hills is known for its iconic fountain, beautiful scenery, and outstanding and assessable hiking trails.
