Fountain Hills Retreat

Enjoy privacy and a resort-like experience at this centrally-located vacation villa! This fully-updated home is complete with an extensive covered patio, big-screen TVs, pool-deck bar/lunch counter, gas grill, yard games and heated swimming pool. Practice your golf putting skills on your very own green while taking in stunning views of the Three Sisters and other surrounding peaks. In the evening cozy up at the firepit and enjoy the brilliance of the stars in our "dark-sky" community.

The Space:
Completely open-concept living, dining, kitchen with 2 guest bedrooms and beautiful master suite tucked off the back of the house with private patio entry. Kitchen has large island with stools and a bar area, offers beverage/wine fridge, and a built-in ice machine. Modern-rustic dining table has 6 cushy chairs. Great-room includes wood-burning fireplace and TV surrounded by luxurious sectional sofa and leather swivel chairs. Extensive covered patio offers gas grill, comfortable seating, outdoor bar/lunch counter and dining table, 2 swings for the young-at-heart. Sparkling swimming pool is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer and has an amazing gradual ramp entry. Adjacent to the pool is a tidy turf lawn with pool loungers, umbrella, yard games and a golf putting green. Paver pathway extends to outdoor gas fire-pit offering additional seating and views of THE fountain and surrounding mountain peaks.

Guest Access:
Keyless/digital entry front door provides convenience and ease. Driveway offers 2 parking spaces with additional parking along the street in front of the home. Fountain Hills Park and Lake with the World's Famous Fountain is a 3-minute drive (approx 1.5 mi). Having a car is ideal, but also excellent for bicycle or scooter exploration.

We stayed for just under a week and everything was exactly as described. The heated pool was a huge hit, and the kids went in multiple times a day. The view was the kind that makes you pause before heading inside, and having stores and restaurants so close made everything simple. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would definitely return!Rock was extremely responsive and made our experience one of the best vacation rental experiences we've have ever had.

Modern Farmhouse Oasis

The house is very well updated & outdoor spaces are fantastic. Pool, hot tub, putting green, ping pong. Pool was especially nice -- water temperature was great, just right for some really hot days.

Grandparents, one parent and three kids all stayed for three nights to end a longer trip to Arizona. My kids, ages 4, 9 and 12, all loved this property. The setup of the outside space is amazing. They have asked to come back again!

We had such a great experience with this home. From the beginning, communication was strong and helped with a generous accommodation. Directions and access to the property were a breeze. After entering the home, you know immediately you made the correct decision with this home. This house has a very impressive view for Fountain hills. The view of 4 peaks and the fountain are amazing. You will find everything you need throughout the home and more. Plenty of games, toys and heated pool and hot tub. This home sets the example for a VRBO. Great job to the owners!

Incredible paradise in Fountain Hills

We had an incredible stay. Fountain Hills is beautiful and this was the perfect place to stay for our family. The home has everything you could need and lots of space for our family. The outdoor space is like a small resort. Our boys loved all of the activities. From the pool to the putting green to ping pong, there was lots to keep everyone entertained. And Rock was a terrific host. He was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to return and highly recommend this wonderful home.

My daughter asked if we could buy the house

My girls loved the swings! The pool and hot tub were really nice, and I LOVED the patio heaters, and we talked about getting some for our own house. Beautiful views of 4 peaks and the mountains. Lots of little amenities (small appliances, outdoor dishes, blankets, shampoo/conditioner dispenser, etc.). Great for families!

Lovely home!

This home was lovely! I would definitely recommend. There were a lot of amenities, and fun yard games. It was too cold to enjoy the pool but we had a glass of wine outside while sitting under the heaters. He had two small issues, but the manager quickly responded and took care of the problem. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home and amazing backyard!

This is a beautiful, clean modern home that is very well maintained. The backyard has everything you could hope for including pool, hot tub, putting green, ping pong, bags, etc. We also used the outdoor grill and patio table under string lights. The owner was very responsive with some questions we had prior to check in which was much appreciated. It's a nice area with easy access to Safeway and other shopping. Awesome view of the mountains and stars at night. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Why they chose this property

This particular property attracted us simply based on location. We love that it's close to the Fountain Hills town center, lake, and park with all the little restaurants. The back yard is so secluded and private with no neighbors looking in. The home was perfectly structured to create a great-room to enjoy all activities together or spill out onto the great covered patio area and pool. The bedrooms are tucked back to one side of the house to maintain privacy.
