* Pet Policy: Your dog is welcomed in our vacation rental. 1 dog per stay under 50lbs with a $125 non-refundable deposit.  Additional cleaning fees will apply should there be excessive pet hair in rental and/or on bedding and furniture. Please adhere to our pet policy. 

Sunset Estuary offers spectacular bay & sunset views while providing quick access to the Bayside lazy river pool. Choose to relax by the pool, float down the lazy river (heated in the winter) or enjoy the fantastic breeze on the top floor, you will never miss the views. Take a morning walk on the walking paths & see numerous varieties of birds. The bayside location is perfect for those that love amazing sunsets, serenity and to fish, bring your pole and waders! Have fun in the evening with maybe a s'mores outing by the fire pit. The Beach Club & Beach is also yours to enjoy, both are less than a 2-minute drive across the road in your car, with onsite parking available. Rent a golf cart and utilize the "underground" tunnel and pathways to this area. This unit has a pitboss grill on the patio for private grilling! Also equipped with an electric fireplace for the chilly winter months.

This condo offers a King size bed ,1 queen, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd guest bedroom. Also comes with two queen sleeper sofas. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Equipped with 4 High Def LED TV's and WIFI. SLEEPS 10 BUT ONLY 9 WRISTBANDS CAN BE PURCHASED

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great Galveston attractions.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

•     Check out: 10 AM
•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
