The backyard is the whole reason we booked this stay -- and it was worth it! The photo opportunities in the backyard are super fun. Our teens loved the work out room, and pool was clean and ready to roll. Texas mosquitos .. . well, just make sure you bring bug repellant so you can truly be outside, in particular at nite. The room with the 4 double bed bunk beds was perfect for teens. Just check propane status when you first arrive so you have tanks for both BBQ and the fire pit, and just text the owners if you need more for the stay. Would stay again.
