Stunning Ocean View Condo in Luxury Community
The condo is located in a private complex, just 15 minutes away by boat from Marina Cortez, located at Marquez de León and Topete #2415. The boats run every 30 minutes from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM and are exclusively for guests of the complex. You can use them as often as you like—it's all included with your reservation.
Alternatively, the complex is about a 45-minute drive from La Paz International Airport. Part of the route includes a scenic dirt road that crosses through the dunes of El Mogote.
Entertain friends and family in this second floor plan with full kitchen, dinning room that seats up to 8 people, comfortable outdoor-indoor living room with smart TV and a great sound system. Our two contemporary styled bedrooms are well designed for full privacy both with balconies overlooking the giant heated pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and volleyball court. All this located in a private, secluded community with walking paths to the golf course, restaurants, tennis court, and a private beach.
