Welcome to Lucero! Centrally located in the heart of Phoenix, just off I-17 at Dunlap and minutes from the new Metro Light Rail station, Lucero offers easy access to everything the city has to offer. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, and we back up to the scenic Arizona Canal, with miles of trails perfect for walking, biking, or running.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
